Narine is an excellent hostess) The apartment is wonderful, it has everything you need for a long stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, with all amenities, it is possible to turn on the heating, which is important for me, since I don’t like living in the cold. The apartment is cozy. I also think this apartment is a fair price. I recommend this accommodation, one of the best my husband and I have stayed in.

Отличная , Просто отличная квартира в самом маленьком центре Города ! Расположение , лучше и не найдёшь - идеальное. Можно легко добраться пешком до всех основных достопримечательностей, также буквально в паре шагов супермаркеты, кофейни, обменник, Банки и самые разнообразные магазины, Очень удобно и комфортно... С балкона открывается красивый вид на собор, также там есть пара стульев, приятно посидеть по вечерам. В самой квартире очень чисто и очень уютно, ощущения как дома. В наличии всё - от микроволновки до стирального порошка, тапочки , мыло , зубные щётки паста , бумага , расчёска, полотенце - Все в наличии... Есть масло, соль, чай, кофе вся необходимая посуда - можно готовить. В спальне огромнейшая кровать, в зале удобный диван.( который открывается ) Спалось хорошо, по ночам очень тихо. Телевизор с приложениями, можно смотреть ютуб, Но самый большой плюс - это хозяин. Невероятно душевный и отзывчивый человек, к которому можно обратиться с любым вопросом, и он обязатель

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Our family felt extremely happy! Karen’s Villa is an amazing experience near by the ropeway and town. Super spacious! the living room, the couch is very realxing, the dining table and the kitchen was an absolute assets of this home. the bedrooms! There were morethan enough beds for a big family like us. amd last but not the least. it was amazingly clean! Karen have such an experience on how to accommodate guests like us..we certainly felt home immediately when we entered her villa. Karen and her home truly exceeded pur expectations. very cosy and family friendly. Super highy recommended. we will definitely consider going back again in Tsagkadzor because of her.

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

Очень понравилась квартира! Место расположения удобное. Не очень далеко от центра, но в то же время в достаточно тихом и спокойном районе. Рядом много магазинов, обменных пунктов валюты. Неподалеку есть рынок. В пешей доступности две станции метро. Квартира полностью соответствует фото на сайте. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания четырех человек. Армен очень приветлив и отзывчив.

Все очень понравилось, хозяин очень вежливый,всегда на связи со всем с чем надо—помог. Огромное спасибо за быстрое реагирование,в квартире было прохладно,за минимально короткий промежуток заменили батарею на более тёплую. В квартире имеется все,что нужно,даже чуть более, спасибо за презент,всем рекомендую, очень хороший вариант,5 минут на такси до подъемника. Плюсом дали скидку в ресторане.10/10

Замечательная уютная и просторная квартира, есть все необходимое и даже больше) в доме к нашему приезду были подготовлены полотенца, постельное белье, новые зубные щетки в упаковках, зубная паста, шампунь - словом, все, что необходимо для комфортного проживания. Вокруг огромное количество разных магазинов с великолепным разнообразием продуктов. Ованес - очень отзывчивый и добрый человек, один из лучших хостов у которых я бывал - постоянно был на связи и помогал с любыми вопросами. Огромное спасибо!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Super stay at Anahit’s place. Anahit was very nice, full of advice about Erevan and Armenia, and VERY flexible about arrival/departure times to adapt to my flight schedules. Thanks a ton ! And apartment is great : very large and airy, with a large, bright and silent bedroom, with nice open views around Erevan, up to the top of Erevan’s stairs and cascade. And, the apartment is superbly located : right in the center (though silent), where to be, literally 50-100m away from the Opera house, and the steps/cascade, with a wealth of parks, cafés restaurants around. I definitely recommend Anahit and her apartment and would go again, when/if in Erevan

Very sweet accommodating hosts. We really appreciated a smooth check-in and check-out. The bedroom was nice and cool due to air-conditioning. Good location.
