A great house in a great location, very comfortable and spacious. There is a fireplace in the house, it was especially nice, also the house was decorated for the New Year, it was also very pleasing. There is a parking space in the yard, it was great. The only downside was that when we checked in the house was a little cold because it was empty for some time, and it took some time to warm it up (as it usually happens with a huge houses). Even thought it was cold on the first evening, by the morning it had warmed up, and the stay was beyond praise. In addition, the house has a balcony, and it was a great place to celebrate the New Year. Very grateful to the owners for an amazing place :)

Cozy, Pinterest style house in 20-25 minutes from center. Big, highly equipped kitchen with warm lights. Lovely garden outside with cherry trees. Comfortable bed. Lots of space in living room. Fast internet, couple workspaces – perfect for remote work. Very hospitable hostess. Definitely recommend this house!

Tsovinar is a great host. She was in touch for every little question from our side. The house is nice, clean and new. Especially we enjoyed the fireplace outside at the backyard. Recommend to stay if you want a quite house with a garden.

Magnificent house in a secluded place. The fireplace hall is just a gem, stylish, comfortable and full of interesting details. Comfortable bedrooms, kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a beautiful set of barbecue accessories, to sports equipment for outdoor activities. The beautiful nature around, silence and tranquility, majestic mountains, mountain creeks and forest are suitable for relaxation and recovery after the noise of the city. I strongly recommend it!

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious both inside and out, making it perfect for relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful, with a lovely water body nearby that added to the peaceful atmosphere. The area felt calm and scenic. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

It’s very decent place. We stayed with our friends for one day. It has an amazing BBQ place and a very wide area for bigger groups. The beds could be better and more comfortable. Since, it was just a short stay it was fine with us. Thanks for having us!

Anna’s house is an exceptional space in Armenia. I have stayed in many Airbnb’s in the country, but this one is unique. A modern built house, very spacious, new and perfect for our guests. We had to do a pre wedding party in the house, and the space accommodated for that, perfectly. Anna and her husband have great taste and were very flexible with all the arrangements for the house. They went out of their way to make our time in the house a special one. Its a brand new house, and was spotless, with a cozy pool a beautiful garden and a huge living room. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better space for our time there.

Artaq is very kind guy and very helpful and friendly. His house is a great place to spend your travel time in relaxing and quiet... really recommended for big families or group of friends. very comfortable and good facilities. location is interesting and not far from the Sevan lake.
