Villa holiday rentals in Hrazdan

Great location and great place near the Cascade steps in Central Yerevan. We loved staying at this Albert's place.

A great house in a great location, very comfortable and spacious. There is a fireplace in the house, it was especially nice, also the house was decorated for the New Year, it was also very pleasing. There is a parking space in the yard, it was great. The only downside was that when we checked in the house was a little cold because it was empty for some time, and it took some time to warm it up (as it usually happens with a huge houses). Even thought it was cold on the first evening, by the morning it had warmed up, and the stay was beyond praise. In addition, the house has a balcony, and it was a great place to celebrate the New Year. Very grateful to the owners for an amazing place :)

Отмечали день рождения большой компанией. Снимали дом на два дня. Сам дом идеально подходит для больших выездов и празднований. Каждое спальное место было очень удобным, свежее постельное белье, удобные матрасы, тёплый пол во всем доме и все необходимые принадлежности (полотенца, зубные щетки, зубная паста, шампуни и кондиционеры) - оставили хорошее впечатление. Понравилось обилие красивой посуды, можно сделать прекрасный ужин на 12 персон и более. Большой мангал и розжиг тоже очень помогли в готовке. Интернет быстрый, качественный. Локация недалеко от продуктовых магазинов в городе (~15 минут) , имейте в виду, что доставки продуктов нет, лучше привезти с собой. Хозяйка дома отвечала быстро и во всем помогала.

Неплохое расположение. Не в центре, но можно вполне дойти пешком. Чисто, не очень тепло, но есть дополнительный обогреватель, чтобы нагреть спальню. Душ оригинальный, находится прямо в туалете. Поэтому мытьё и поход в туалет нужно просчитывать заранее. Но это не сильно омрачило наше пребывание. Нам понравилось.

The house looked exactly as it was described and showed on photos. It is huge, new, with beautiful design and great amenities (big swimming pool with heating, sauna, outdoor kitchen and BBQ place). The area is peaceful and quite with s beautiful view, however it is easy to access it from the center with about 15 minutes ride. We fully enjoyed the stay! The only thing that was not so comfortable is that we came at 15:00 pm but cleaning was actually finished at 16:00 pm. But there were long stay guests before us so they probably needed extra time to clean the whole building. It would be nice to be warned about that though.

Very cozy and beautiful house in Tsakhadzor, there is so many things to do, great views, spacious! We would definitely like to come here again!

Everything was great . The host is very nice and very helpful.. the place is near a downtown and it has 2 great bar near the house. The house was super clean. I enjoyed it and I recommend it

I stayed in this villa for a week with my family, everything was good and Gevorg response was in the shortest time, he solved every question we had about there, I am really happy with our stay in this villa, thank you for everything

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

Great place! larger than expected. Come for the house and enjoy it. Whatever you need is there. Will recommend.
