Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hrazdan

Осень красивый дом , просторный и стильный , есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания . Все было идеально чисто к моменту нашего приезда . Очень радушный и гостеприимный хозяин , быстро реагировал на все наши просьбы и даже подарил нам бутылку великолепного вина . Мы очень рады , что провели незабываемые дни всей семьей в этом замечательном месте . От души рекомендуем . Обязательно вернемся снова )

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Удобное расположение - недалеко от метро, рядом есть магазины и кафе, котейки проходят периодически мимо. Немного непривычно слышать метро под домом, но оно сильно не мешает. Несмотря на отсутствие кондиционера, жара не ощущается - помещение проветриваемое. Все, что нужно для жизни - есть.

Arpine and Gok have been an absolute delight. They have met us upon our arrival and showed the house and explained everything. They were so nice and so helpful, i must say one of my best experiences with renting on airbnb. The house was gorgeous, and looked just like the photos if not better. We were very comfortable and the walk up was a breeze. The location is perfect and close to everything, walkable distance to pretty much anything. It is the perfect location to rent in Yerevan center. I highly suggest this apartment, next time we come back we will absolutely rent from them again! Every question we had during our stay they have helped us and were very quick with their replies. Also worth mentioning once more how tastefully the apartment was done and how good it looked!

Alt gik som planlagt, altid venlig og responderende vært. Behjælpelig med transport og anbefalinger til spændende ting at foretage sig. Alt i alt et super ophold. Særligt at der i køkkenet var de mest basale ingredienser og at der var toiletpapir, karklud og viskestykke.

Great location, nice clean spacious apartment with nice furniture, great wifi, nice television, close to shopping, opera, great food. Armenia had some of the best food we've enjoyed on our European tour.

Great flat in best location. we spent 10 days with two kids and nothing was missing. Alik was very communicative and easy to reach. all in all great stay!!

Very cozy and beautiful house in Tsakhadzor, there is so many things to do, great views, spacious! We would definitely like to come here again!

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

Great place to be if you want a retreat to breathe away from the city life and watch the clear skies at night. I would definitely visit again in the spring or summer to be able to hike the beautiful nature around

Отмечали день рождения большой компанией. Снимали дом на два дня. Сам дом идеально подходит для больших выездов и празднований. Каждое спальное место было очень удобным, свежее постельное белье, удобные матрасы, тёплый пол во всем доме и все необходимые принадлежности (полотенца, зубные щетки, зубная паста, шампуни и кондиционеры) - оставили хорошее впечатление. Понравилось обилие красивой посуды, можно сделать прекрасный ужин на 12 персон и более. Большой мангал и розжиг тоже очень помогли в готовке. Интернет быстрый, качественный. Локация недалеко от продуктовых магазинов в городе (~15 минут) , имейте в виду, что доставки продуктов нет, лучше привезти с собой. Хозяйка дома отвечала быстро и во всем помогала.

Фамильная вилла в потрясающей локации! На территории есть фруктовый сад, за которым прекрасно ухаживают, бассейн и сауна. Также в паре минут ходьбы расположен древний монастырь, в который водят экскурсии. Точно стоит посетить. Это отличное место, чтобы провести ваши выходные в Армении:)
