The National Mining Museum & Cannon Hall Farm are nearby, Peak District National Park, Leeds, York, Sheffield also within easy reach. Just 1 or 2 miles from M1 Junction 38 & 39. With off road access to the Trans Pennine Trail upto the Peak District it’s the perfect base for getting away from it all and immersing yourself in the great outdoors. The cottage benefits from modern amenities whilst retaining traditional features & is located in a private farmstead, an idyllic peaceful setting overlooking open countryside. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome per stay.s

Located in the traditional market town of Penistone, this 3 bedroomed terrace house allows walking access to all the local amenities. The trans-Pennine trail and Penistone Paramount are just around the corner. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Size beds and a third with 2 single beds. Downstairs, there is a lounge with a traditional fireplace and a dining room with table to seat six people. There is a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with bath and fitted shower. Parking for 1 car.
