Monthly Rentals in Houseboat Cut

Our stay was so great!!! Our air bnb was in a quiet and peaceful setting, and was close to everything! We will definitely be booking here again!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay in Delano's beautifully furnished AirBnB. The beach decor theme throughout the condo gives a very happy vibe. The attention to detail is noted throughout from the well-equipped kitchen to the sunscreen included in the beach stuff. There is even a multi-device charger in the living room. A grocery store & dollar store are across the street from the complex. The complex has a clean pool, included parking as well as keyed beach access. Happy times!

This was by far the best vacation Ive taken. Elise was absolutely wonderful in terms of communication and flexibility before and during our stay in Cocoa Beach! The condo was even better than the photos in person! Everything from beach toys/gear to cleaning products was provided during our stay here! Everything was very clean and modernized, making our stay feel like home with a much appreciated touch of luxury! Thank you so much Elise! We look forward to hopefully being able to visit again soon! 10 stars from us!!! :)

We had another wonderful stay. We love everything about the place... from the community pool to the scenic walks to the friendly neighbors. The hosts were kind and responsive when a few things needed attention. We look forward to returning in the future!
