Cottage holiday rentals in Houat

Very pleasant stay, Babeth was very welcoming. Our cottage 'Abricot' was clean and very warm. The outside was perfect, we were able to alternate between the pool, the jacuzzi, the petanque court, the pool table, the foosball as well as the ping pong in peace. We were able to eat outside, living in the city it was very soothing to hear the birds sing. Being 5-10 minutes from the city centre we were able to walk and visit Pornic and its surroundings. Great location. Thank you for these few days and see you soon!

Excellent stay, well hosted. I was pleasantly surprised by the many kitchen amenities available. There is everything in the accommodation to cook in good conditions. The area is very cute, I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to spend a few days in a peaceful place.

We had a great time, the house is cozy and pleasant. The veranda area and the jacuzzi invite you to relax. Lots of books and games allowed us to keep the kids busy. The environment is very quiet. Finally, Gwenola gave us excellent advice based on what we wanted to do, which was much appreciated.

We could not have choses a more idyllic, peaceful place to stay. It had everything as stated in the listing and more. Donna and Jonathan were perfect hosts - welcoming and attentive with lots of local knowledge. Le Petit Secret is the perfect base to explore Brittany - lots to see and do and plenty of fabulous restaurants within a short drive. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year. A hidden gem within the Breton countryside.

The environment is quiet and peaceful, just as we hoped. André gave us a very warm welcome and was very kind and attentive.

Indeed, a very charming and welcoming house. In view of the bad weather and an injury to my dog's paw, forcing me to stay inside, I particularly appreciated the "cozy" and quiet atmosphere of the Trollinette. The music system was a plus!

Thanks to Thomas for his kindness. We have spent a great stay in this nice house, the place is ideal for resting. 20 minutes from the ocean and coastal trails for beautiful hikes. Around Locunolé, many hikes are possible without taking your car. This house is ideal if you want to visit the area without the inconveniences of the city.

Sylvie was a wonderful host. She even came and picked us up at the quay. Belle Île is a beautiful island with an incredibly beautiful nature. The house is situated in a small village and is very quirky way furnished. The only downside is that due to the exuberant decor there is not always room to store your own belongings.

We had a pleasant stay at Jeff's! The house is light, spacious and nice. Refurbished. Very well-equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also large with storage. Great location in a peaceful location. We went by bike throughout our stay (town and beach nearby). Beautiful outdoor space. The plus, the large terrace with garden furniture and aromatic plants. Thank you again for hosting us! And congratulations again on the incredible renovation!

Our stay in Joel’s cottage was perfect for our needs. It was quiet, with a lovely garden and view. There were pleasant walks straight from the house, and it was well situated to explore the area by car . I I was comfortable and very clean. Joel was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions to make the most of our stay.

Hello, we had a great weekend in the accommodation. We were a group of 8 people and there was enough room to accommodate everyone. Spacious and pleasant rooms, well-equipped kitchen, sufficiently large dining table, etc. We were able to enjoy the pool and the various garden lounges. Small negative point: the campfire and brazier area lacked maintenance, which is a shame because we had planned to enjoy it. Thank you very much to Françoise and her husband for their hospitality and kindness. We won't hesitate to recommend the accommodation to our loved ones.

We spent a night in this accommodation, everything was perfect and we had the time to walk on the GR which is close to the house.

Small quiet fisherman's house, you feel good right away! The surrounding nature is splendid. Very beautiful hikes to do. Eve is responsive and gives very good advice. I highly recommend this place to disconnect!

Very pleasant stay at Frédérique's. The house is ideally placed to tour the island and enjoy the few restaurants open this season. It is very well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Recommended rental without a shadow of a doubt.

We had two wonderful weeks in Sandrine's superbly equipped house! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with Breton pastries and local beer. Within walking distance, we found a bakery, supermarket and great oyster bars – perfect for foodies. The area offers exciting excursions and impressive tides. The large terrace, which provides sun all day, is ideal for relaxing. Comfortable lounge chairs and a parasol invite you to sunbathe. The house is comfortable and lovingly furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable TV chairs and a practical parking space. We were particularly impressed by the fast, reliable communication with Sandrine, who was always available via Messenger and supported us with tips. Overall an absolute recommendation!
