This 4.5 - 5 star "villa" is on the grounds of Omni's La Costa Resort & Spa. The villa has 1000 sq. ft. of indoor/outdoor space to enjoy while staying within the gates of one of San Diego's premier resorts. When booking our Villa, you will be checking in /out at the front desk of the Resort. You will also have FULL ACCESS to ALL AMENITIES of the Resort.

The space
The Villa a a large open bedroom, living room and office area with a separate LARGE bathroom with walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub as well as separate toilet room and washer/dryer. The Villas also has a separate good size kitchen area with 3/4 refrigerator, 2 burner stove, Keurig, toaster, and convectional microwave. Please review the pictures to see for yourself. The sleeping area consists of large Eastern King bed and queen size pull out sofa.

Guest access
FULL ACCESS TO ALL RESORT AMENITIES. You will have the option of adding daily maid service at $50 per day. The Resort will collect a credit card at check-in and you can charge to your Villa during your stay the same as you would if booked directly with the Resort.

Other things to note
Thank you for considering our Villas at Omni’s La Costa Resort and Spa (“Resort”) for your travel to sunny San Diego. This is a unique vacation unit in that our Villa is located on the grounds of the Resort. With your stay you have FULL ACCESS to all amenities at the Resort. There are other condos in the area that advertise being “within the gates of the Resort” but are not actually on the grounds of the Resort and do not have the FULL ACCESS described herein. The question to ask others is, “do you check-in at the Resort’s front desk.” If the answer is no, they are not part of the Resort and you do not have access to the many amenities of the Resort including all pools, gym, Kidtopia©, room service, charging to room services, optional daily maid service from the Resort’s housekeeping team for $75 a day, the support of the Resort’s staff with any issues / concerns, and an overall very similar experience that you would have if booked through the Resort directly. The Resort has a condo hotel component to it. Some of its inventory are condo hotel units, which are the newest construction and largest units located at the Resort. You can visit Omni La Costa Resort and Spa’s website to read about the Villa units. When on the site, you can also book directly through the Resort and stay in a similar Villa to the one we own. You will see that many of the owners of these units nearly identical to our Villa choose to use the Resort’s rental program. We on the other hand do not. The main difference is when booking through the resort, you will have daily maid service included. If you book directly with us, you can elect to pay for this as this is an optional service. As outlined above, the fee is $75 per day. When you book our Villa, you will check-in at the front desk of the Resort. You will also be sent a confirmation number of the Resort prior to your visit. You can then call the Resort to verify your name is on record for the dates you booked through us. This verification process adds an extra layer of protection for you for your upcoming stay compared to other vacation rentals on this site. When checking in, the Resort will collect a credit card for incidentals, however, outside the daily maid service that you could let them know at check-in if you would like, you will not have any additional charges other than what you pay here when booking. You will be able to charge room service to the room, order movies, and charge restaurant/bar bills to your room during your stay. Your credit card will be used to cover these charges when you check-out.
