The space
RUST. Bed & Breakfast is situated in one of Amsterdam it's oldest streets in a monumental building in the city centre. Dam square (1min) Anne Frank House (15 min) Central Station (10 min) shops, bars, restaurants, museums en theatres are all in walking distance.

The Milkmaid room is situated on the frontside of our building.

The room in my house is typical Amsterdam not big.
Room size: 2,80 x 3,80 / Rain Shower size: 0,70 x 0,70 / Bed size: 2,00 x 1,60 / entrance door size: 0,73 meter

Bed:
The room has a comfortable doublebed queebn-size 160x200cm, a laptop friendly desk with comfortable chairs, Free Fast Wi-Fi internet, crockery and cutlery, adjustable central heating in celsius, extra pillows, towels and coffee and tea making facilities. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet and a hairdryer. Also I offer an iron (board on request) and fan for the more warmer days.
I can do your laundry for free on request.
I renovated in February 2018 and upgraded the room with private bathroom and fridge. 2018.

The B&B rooms are situated on top of my Massage practice. You get €10,- discount per person if you are my guests.
I do have a surcharge if I am available (after written approval) for check in after 7pm or before 8am. The room is ready at 14:00 but if you want to store your luggage for free before just ask me in advance.

Other things to note
You are staying in an Old Amsterdam storage house, no elevator. The stairs (23 steps) are steep. The room is on the first floor (second USA) with the other room. All is tiny and small in Amsterdam. If unsure please ask to avoid disappointment. Not suitable for physical disabled and children/babies.
