Don’t let our name fool you: our boutique hotel and vacation rentals/cottages, while originally built over over 100 years ago, have recently been restored with a touch of modern elegance. Our boutique hotel is located steps away from the scenic Riverwalk on the St. Lucie River and a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment in Historic Downtown Stuart.

Our Coastal Cottage is a ground-floor stand-alone cottage featuring two bedrooms (queen bed in one room and full bed in second bedroom), fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, a spacious living area, one bathroom with shower, in-room washer and dryer, AND private patio with outdoor seating and working grill. THIS COTTAGE IS PET-FRIENDLY (no more than 2 pets allowed).

Our properties are located on Colorado Avenue in the heart of Historic Downtown Stuart, FL, a beautiful coastal city on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Stuart is well-known internationally as a destination for fishing, golf, boating and beaches. We are only a few miles from the sandy beaches of Hutchinson Island and a hundred feet from the St. Lucie River that leads to the inter-coastal waterways and the Atlantic Ocean. The Old Colorado Inn hotel and vacation rentals offers deluxe studios, spacious and luxurious suites, a charming cottage, and 4 spacious historic guest houses nestled in a casual tropical setting. We are a short walk from waterfront fine dining, shopping and entertainment at the Historic Lyric Theater. The popular Sneaki Tiki (a casual tiki-bar restaurant), 18 Seminole Street (an intimate Italian Bistro), and Noodle World (a popular Thai and Sushi restaurant) are located on the Hotel premises. Also nearby are Martin Memorial Hospital and the Martin County Courthouse. In addition, we are a short 40-minute ride from West Palm Beach where a day trip can bring you more opportunities for fine dining, shopping and entertainment.
