The Cottage is a private experience Bed and Breakfast with a view. The unit have private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and patio with views of the water and mountains. Located on a quiet hillside overlooking Puget Sound, you'll be greeted by spectacular panoramic views of majestic Mount Rainier and the regal Olympic Mountains. Surrounded by this breathtaking scenery, enjoy one of our two private, independent guest accommodations.

The space
The Cottage has an outstanding views from every room, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, private patio with dining set and outside seating area outside the bedroom, plus laundry facility

You will enjoy the engaging kitchen; complete with oven and stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher and all the necessary cookware. Among fresh pastries, fruit and juices, you will find many healthy breakfast ingredients allowing you to prepare pancakes, eggs or cereal at your leisure. Choose to dine while enjoying the view either inside the or outside on the private patio, complete with an umbrella and Chimenea fireplace (cottage only).

The bedroom features doors that open into the living room and full size picture windows that frame an incomparable view of Mount Rainer in the cottage and Puget Sound in the suite. The bed is a California King Bed with a down comforter. The hand pressed 1500 tread count Egyptian cotton bedding is crowned with down pillows to provide a wonderful night's sleep.

There is a large master bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large counter for your travel items. We feature unique, extra gentle, handmade soaps. In addition you will find thick large towels, fine terry cloth bath robes and slippers.

Rates: Cottage rate is $320 (weekday) $340(weekend) per night for two. Children are welcome. There is a $25 per day charge.
Well behaved Dogs are welcome. There is a $20 per day per dog fee.

Other features include: AC, Internet WiFi, Cable TV, DVD with a wide selection of movies, CD/Stereo player wired through out, library, alarm clock, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer. Blinds throughout, offer privacy and total light control.

Private Patio with dinning set and a Chimney, private sitting area outside the cottage bedroom with a view of Mount Rainier and Puget Sound, and private hot tub (we ask only one couple in the hot tub at a time to provide a private experience.)

Hello, I'm Penny and this is my husband Doug and our two girls Braly and Brita. We are the innkeepers of the Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast. We hope you will visit our B&B while you are in the Northwest. Three Tree Point is the realization of our dreams. We enjoy providing a true "home away from home" experience for our guests. Doug works hard as a CEO for an Ultrasound Company. I was a mechanical engineer at Boeing for 8 years. We had our first little girl, Braly, in 1993 and our dream was to be able to stay home with her. The bed and breakfast has made this possible. Brita, our second daughter was born in 1996. Our family interests includes water and snow skiing, hiking, biking, and yoga.

Callie You may be welcomed by Callie, our white German Shepard who has a preoccupation with tennis balls. There is also Miss Lillie, our friendly feline companion chosen by our daughter.
