Beachfront holiday rental in Hotel Zone

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en una zona muy bonita, amplio, ordenado, seguro, cómodo, de fácil acceso, a pocos metros de paradas de transporte público, a restaurantes y supermercados y a playas a pocos minutos caminando. Adecuada relación calidad/precio y totalmente de acuerdo a la descripción y fotos publicadas. Los anfitriones siempre atentos, muy amables y aportando información. En definitiva, recomendable.

Great place for family gatherings. Beach is with in walking distance. Host provided beach towels sand toys for the little ones and cart with ice chest. Would stay here again!

Super Energie , toller Aufenthalt Die Beschreibung zur Anfahrt war super und wir wurden vorm Haus in Empfang genommen. Uns wurde alles genau erklärt und gezeigt. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich, sauber, hell, sehr einladend. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer, aber auch der Flair der Rückseite des Hauses, also Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern hat mir sehr gefallen. Es stand 1 Kanister Wasser bereit und auf Anfrage kam direkt ein Zweiter. Wir wurden vom Eigentümer direkt zum Supermarkt in Cancun gefahren um einen großen Einkauf zu machen. Lebensmittel in Cancun sind sehr teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Zimmer sind super aufgeteilt mit den 2 Bädern und der Einrichtung, super. Nachts war es laut am Strand: Menschen, Musik und Motorradshows. Ist nur fair dies zu erwähnen für Menschen die einen leichten Schlaf haben. Nach 2 Gläsern mexikanischem Wein habe ich gut geschlafen, aber meine Mutter hat jede Nacht alles gehört. Strand direkt Tür sowie Restaurants, Markt

Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!

Ubicación es excelente, dentro de un hotel con seguridad y hermosa vista. Limpieza impecable, acceso fácil, cocineta bien equipada, refrigerador funcional 24/7, aire acondicionado y baño muy limpio. Julio y Aileen son anfitriones súper atentos. Las rutas pasan justo afuera y los tours te recogen ahí mismo. No es un resort, pero cumple más que bien. Único detalle: cuidado al entrar/salir de la tina-regadera por la altura. Aún así, ¡todo fue perfecto! ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! Súper recomendado, 5 stars!! Muchas gracias por todo, 100% recomendable, lugar, anfitrión, estancia, todo!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

AMAZING VIEWS!! This place was very clean from the inside. Gianmarco responded very quickly & even left welcome drinks which was great to cool off. The AC was very powerful and kept the whole room cool.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have a relaxing vacation and we found everything we were looking for and more in Marina's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is very well located with close by shopping mall, Soriana, OXXO, pharmacy and even a hospital just across the street from the condominium. Just outside the apartment doors is a nice view of the ocean and you have 3 jacuzzies and a big pool with enough beach chairs and umbrellas to take the sun and relax. Marina is an amazing very responsive host who is always available if you need help with anything. We would definitely come back to have another nice and relaxing holiday at Marina's apartment. Thanks Marina for everything and we look forward to come back to your beautiful apartment in the near future. All the best!

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Loft con acceso a playa muy bonito, la alberca muy bonita y tener el restaurante ahí mismo fue muy útil, todo muy rico. Una ventaja fue tener el servicio de lavandería del hotel con costo extra. La cercanía con el aeropuerto ayudó mucho para no complicarse la salida y en el transporte público se puede llegar al centro fácil y barato. La playa aunque con mucho oleaje tiene zonas donde se puede estar sin problema además de que el loft queda cerca de otras playas públicas. Mariana siempre contestó rápido y de forma educada y resolviendo muy bien las dudas y solicitudes. Muchas gracias por todo.
