Beachfront holiday rental in Hotel Zone

Very well located apartment in a very nice area, spacious, tidy, safe, comfortable, easy to access, a few meters from public transport stops, restaurants and supermarkets and beaches a few minutes walk. Adequate value for money and totally in accordance with the description and photos published. The hosts are always attentive, very kind and provide information. In short, recommended.

Super energy, great stay The directions were great and we were greeted in front of the house. Everything was explained to us exactly and showed us. The accommodation was very tidy, clean, bright, very inviting. We felt comfortable immediately. The view is awesome, but I also liked the flair of the back of the house, so the view from the bedrooms. There was 1 canister of water ready and on request a second one came directly. We were taken directly to the supermarket in Cancun by the owner to do a big shop. Food in Cancun is very expensive in my opinion. The rooms are super divided with the 2 bathrooms and the furnishings, great. At night, the beach was loud: people, music and motorcycle shows. It's only fair to mention this for people who have a light sleep. After 2 glasses of Mexican wine, I slept well, but my mother heard everything every night. Zair's place was great! It was exactly what I needed for a week long stay. Playa Caracol was just a walk away (although Sargassum season is no joke). Nearby all the night life if thats what you're interested in, but you dont hear ANY of the noise (you can literally just stumble home). UBERS do work in Mexico, so its an easy uber away to all of the malls, restaurants, other beaches (I recommend Playa Langosta - very expansive, lots of space to put down a towel and just relax OR get on the ferry to Isla Mujeres - MUST DO). The unit Itself was very chill. The AC was very cold, the blinds blocked out the sun. Theres plenty of spare blankets around the unit to layer if you're too cold. Shower pressure was great. The only thing that was kinda difficult was the hot plate/stove thing. Difficult to use/understand. Other than that, really great stay. There is someone at the front desk all the time, It felt very safe. Walking distance to Starbucks, grocery store, restaurants. Zair was wonderful!

This is the second time I have stayed in Yuliana's apartment, with the payment of $100 pesos per person for the use of the facilities. It is an excellent option since we were able to join the games they do in the pool and get a discount for food tickets. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much, we will definitely return again. Thank you for everything, Yuliana.

Pleasant stay and beautiful view

Veronica was an outstanding host! She was extremely attentive and proactive to all of our needs. Her place was in excellent condition and in a desirable part of town (Puerto Cancun). I highly recommend staying at her place!

The location is excellent, inside a hotel with security and a beautiful view. Impeccable cleanliness, easy access, well-equipped kitchenette, 24/7 functional refrigerator, air conditioning and very clean bathroom. Julio and Aileen are super attentive hosts. The routes pass right outside and the tours pick you up right there. It's not a resort, but it's more than good. Only detail: be careful when entering/leaving the shower-bath due to the height. Even so, everything was perfect! I would definitely come back! Highly recommended, 5 stars!! Thank you very much for everything, 100% recommended, place, host, stay, everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have a relaxing vacation and we found everything we were looking for and more in Marina's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is very well located with close by shopping mall, Soriana, OXXO, pharmacy and even a hospital just across the street from the condominium. Just outside the apartment doors is a nice view of the ocean and you have 3 jacuzzies and a big pool with enough beach chairs and umbrellas to take the sun and relax. Marina is an amazing very responsive host who is always available if you need help with anything. We would definitely come back to have another nice and relaxing holiday at Marina's apartment. My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

Man! I can’t even explain how amazing this this place was! The view! The area, the peaceful atmosphere and having the beach right there in the back yard was incredible! I highly recommend this place and I definitely will be back! The Host was very attentive and helpful! Thank you for an amazing experience!
