Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. The bus turned Tiny House nestled in the middle of beautiful Colorado had everything we wanted and needed! It is such a cool and unique place. Sitting on the deck cooking steaks was perfection! David and family were extremely cordial and checked in to make sure our needs were met. I only wish we would’ve booked our stay longer. Next time!!! Thank you for being wonderful hosts and sharing your bus with us! We WILL be back!

Kim’s place is really something special - it’s clean and cozy, well stocked and organized. We spent a full week there and felt right at home the entire time - the kitchen, fully equipped - had everything we needed to make home cooked meals every night Best of all though, the view - unreal - panoramic vista of three different mountains and the valley below - we opted to eat dinner on the deck overlooking it all more than a few nights. Definitely try to catch a sunset if you stay here Also, Kim is just an exceptional host - super easy instructions for check in and check out, prompt responses to all of our messages, welcoming and laidback - if I am ever in Paonia again, I know where I will be staying CHEERS
