Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Stylish finishes, fun entertainment for a whole family includes foosball table, basketball play and arcade machine. In the office area there is a twin day bed with trundle that can sleep two guests. This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Guests have own entrance and parking. No shared living spaces. Owners live on same property in separate house.

This charming 1950's ranch is located in the heart of historic downtown Braselton. Walk to restaurants and events. Conveniently located across the street from the Braselton Civic Center, less than one mile from the Braselton Event Center and Hoschton Train Depot for wedding parties. Enjoy the fire pit during the Braselton fall festival, or a meal with friends at one of the restaurants downtown. Please note our home has security cameras at the front door and on the back porch.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
