Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Huset har ikke eget soverom, men en meget god sovesofa i stuen som raskt gjøres om til seng om kvelden, samt en dobbeltseng på hemsen (loftsluke).
