Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hortaleza

Todo bien. Camas comodisimas. Lo unico que echamos en falta fueron bolsas de basura, pero por lo demas genial.

Todo perfecto , la pasamos fenomenal ,y la atención de Malé es excelente ,

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

La estancia ha sido increíble, al llegar Violeta nos recibio de una manera increible intentando ayudarnos en todo lo posible, recomendandonos a donde ir, que sitios visitar, que hacer, etc. Ha sido un fin de semana diferente que totalmente repetiriamos sin dudarlo.

Maria’s beautiful and historic home was the perfect base for our Madrid trip. It was bigger than expected, very nicely designed and decorated, and really well equipped with so many thoughtful details. We loved the city, but I looked forward to coming back ‘home’ to this neighbourhood every evening. Maria was really kind, friendly and helpful. Local market, cafes, supermarket and bakery all in easy walking distance, bus connections are easy and frequent (we hardly used the metro - much nicer to see the city as you travel around). Lovely outdoor space for relaxing. Close to the huge Casa del Campo park for green space. Thank you so much Maria for a wonderful stay.

Dana fue muy amable y servicial, al saber que viajamos con una bebé nos compró una trona para facilitarnos la estancia, la casa está muy bien decorada y es muy cómoda, la cocina muy bien equipada, y hace un café espectacular. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y repetiríamos sin duda.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia en la casa. Pudimos preparar una paella y echar un puente tranquilo entre amigos. La zona de patio es estupenda y los salones de la casa muy acogedores. Echamos de menos algo más de útiles de cocina (como un colador), pero por lo demás no tuvimos problemas. Además, la comunicación con Purificación fue excelente en todo momento, es una anfitriona atenta que resuelve tus dudas rápido y te facilita toda la información necesaria.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Great stay at Pilar’s for a family of 4. We asked for a parking spot and it was made available. Small, but well equipped kitchen and bedrooms. Very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

El pis és molt bonic i està ben decorat i equipat. Té una bona ubicació al costat de la porta de Toledo, i es pot arribar fins a la plaça Major tot fent un passeig. Repetiríem aquest allotjament.

David war immer für uns da.Sehr sympathischer Empfang. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse teilweise im Schatten von großen Platanen. Die alte Universität und das Geburtshaus von Cervantes sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Supermarkt Carrefour und eine Taxistation sind fast direkt vor der Tür. Alcala de Henares ist ein Insel der Ruhe im Vergeich zu Madrid. unvergesslich

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

I had a wonderful time at Adela's place. She was a wonderful host and incredibly helpful with things like doing laundry, extra towels etc. Communication was excellent and it was the perfect balance between attentive hosting and respecting privacy. I was particularly impressed with how well the small kitchen was equipped. The AC was also a godsend when temperatures went up to 35°C. However, the best part about the apartment is the wonderful terrace - already miss having dinner out there. I would 100% come back.

Un excellent séjour ! On retiendra : le calme malgré l'emplacement très central, la belle terrasse, la bonne literie, les équipements... Yolanda encore tous les détails, très clairs. La communication est irréprochable. Nous avons eu un imprévu sur place et Yolanda s'est montrée très arrangeante, ce qui a été d'une grande aide. Nous recommandons ++++ et remercions !

Great location to be in the middle of the action in Madrid. As indicated there are three flights of stairs. The bed was really comfortable. As like many places near restaurants you will hear a street noise.

Pablo und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer und Bad waren schön gestaltet und geräumig, jedoch standen noch viele Kosmetiksachen von vorherigen Mietern im Regal. Die Badeinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und zeigte an vielen Stellen Rostflecken. Der Wirlpool war nicht funktionstüchtig. Die Dusche war okay. Der kleine Balkon zu unserem Zimmer, konnte nicht genutzt werden, da er voller Laub lag. Dafür konnten wir den Garten meist für uns nutzen. Die Liegestühle waren meist notdürftig repariert. Der Pool war zwar mit Wasser gefüllt, gedoch mit einer Plane voller Laub abgedeckt. Poolnutzung war laut Beschreibung erst ab Juli vorgesehen. Das Grundstück war nicht sehr gepflegt, an vielen Stellen war hohes Unkaut und verdorrte Blumentöpfe. In früheren Jahren war das Haus und das Grundstück bestimmt ein toller Platz für eine große Familie. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Küche hatte alles, aber nicht besonders gepflegt.

Ha sido maravilloso alquilar esta casa. El trato recibido ha sido inmejorable: fácil, rápido... En cuanto a la casa, reúne todo lo que buscábamos: Un jardín perfecto y muy cuidado, piscina, barbacoa, y un interior al que no le faltaba de nada. Recomendaría a cualquier usuario alquilar esta casa a Jose Ramón.

Very responsive host and a large, beautiful house! Love the design. Surely do come with a car because it is at a quiet suburb quite a distance from city centre. But, good thing that there are restaurants and supermarkets within reach of a short drive. We also went to Masha’s recommended breakfast place- the churros were great!

me sentí como en casa desde el momento cero , tanto Belén, cómo Alba y como su entrañable madre Meritxell...una maravilla el Chico de la limpieza es realmente trabajador y educado... Fui por exámenes en la universidad europea de Madrid y de tener que volver , sería este el lugar

Muy buen sitio para desconectar, descansar. La villa increíble y toda la parcela.

Sitio muy bonito y acogedor. Dueños y guardeses muy agradables a nuestra llegada y checkout. Nos permitieron estar más tiempo después del checkout. Nos trajeron café como regalo. Todo genial

la verdad que fueron muy majos y serviciales ambos diana y brian de parte de toda mi familia agradecen el trato, como si fuesen de la familia tuvimos unos dias muy agradables.
