An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all with large windows that provide natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are on the ground floor or interior-facing with less light and pedestrian traffic). Nice apartment in Barajas. Newly renovated. It has space for 6 people thanks to its two bedrooms with a 140cm bed and a 135cm sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with stools for 6 people, WiFi, Smart TV, etc. Very close to Barajas airport, it is located in one of the most atmospheric areas of the district with bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. Very easy to park on the surrounding streets for free.
