kleines Apartment mit Bad für 1-2 Personen

Meine Unterkunft ist in Dortmund Wickede, und liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Unna. Die Anbindung an Straßen- und Personennahverkehr (Bus, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) ist sehr gut und innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Entfernung bis zum Stadtzentrum Dortmund beträgt 12km, mit der S-Bahn S4 zur Haltestelle Stadthaus 12 Minuten. In Wickede gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Gelegenheiten zum Frühstücken. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und alleinreisende Abenteurer. Da sich das Bett, 1,40 x 2,00m, unter einer Dachschräge befindet, ist es für zwei Personen enger als in einem freistehenden Bett (siehe Fotos).

In dieser geräumigen und modernen Unterkunft wirst du eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Naturschutzgebiet, ideal zum Spazierengehen oder Radfahren In nur 200 m liegt der Bahnhof, zum Dortmunder Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 9 Minuten mit dem Zug. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls nur 200 m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Rewe, Rossmann, Tedi und Apotheke, sowie ein Getränkemarkt sind ganz in der Nähe. Also alles optimal!
