Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. The basement apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is very lovingly decorated and fully furnished. The living area is very spacious and offers enough space. The small kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just minutes from the train station and town center (about 12 minutes). The recognized resort of Billerbeck is located in the Münsterland and is also called “the pearl of the Baumberge” due to its location in the Baumberge.

The 62 sqm apartment was renovated in 2025 and is fully equipped with floor heating. In the house there is another apartment that is for larger groups.

A garage is available to safely store any (electric) bicycles. Optionally, a breakfast basket can be ordered (€25 euros), which we then prepare for you to prepare and use at a time of your choice.
