It is the perfect place to call home while in the Zürich area whether for holidays or work. The apartment is perfectly located between the mountains, lake and the city. Direct train from Zurich HB (15 min) and airport (35 min). Swiss Alps are easily reachable in < 1 hour. Skiing, hiking, biking, climbing, via ferrata, swimming, etc.!

Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet um hier eine angenehme Zeit zu verbringen. Bei weiteren Fragen können Sie sich gerne bei mir melden.

Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

It is nicely located in peaceful Männedorf, close to the lake, supermarket and the train station (all a 10 min walk) and a short train ride from Zurich (17min).
