Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Küsnacht, 7min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof entfernt, wo alle 10min ein Zug nach Zürich fährt. Zum Bellevue sind es mit dem Zug nur 10min. Zum Park am See ist es ein 10min Spaziergang.

The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

The decor is bright, modern and cozy. The sleeping area has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The work and dining area is bright and overlooks the front garden. The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.

Villa Kunterbunt is a very charming house with enchanting views of Lake Zurich. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers three bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds, 2 bathrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 living and dining room. The garden has stunning views of Lake Zurich. In the garden there is a vegetable garden and a chicken coop (without a rooster!). Minimum stay: 2 nights

We offer a quiet apartment close to the train station. Our bakery is located in the house, from which you can also order breakfast in the apartment if you wish. The world-famous Lindt "Home of Chocolate" chocolate factory museum is just a 5-minute drive away. It is worth a visit.
