Welcome to nice Rosenhill! Here you will find a charming angular bedding located in the Scanian countryside with hilly pastures and beautiful views. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

In the middle of Skåne in the so-called pristine Österlen you will find this beautiful farm with accommodation in a half-timbered length, just as close to beautiful beaches and swimming west as the east coast or maybe the pulse of Malmö or even more south for a visit to Copenhagen. As a free welcome gift, we offer breakfast for the first days as well as some small and tasty, as local delicacies and also eggs from our own farm chickens if they liked to heat. Guests are welcome to enjoy the majority of the garden, with access to, among other things, outdoor furniture and barbecue, and there is plenty of room for children to play both outside and inside.

Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

En spiraltrappa leder upp till kök med matplats samt altan på ovanvåningen. Handdukar och/eller sänglinne finns att hyra. I direkt närhet finns möjlighet till skogspromenader och naturupplevelser, eller bara vila. I närområdet finns frisbeegolfbana, små lokala museer mm.

And a lake where you can swim. In Hörby, there is a good swimming pool. 45 minutes from here is Tosselilla. And Skåne's zoo is 15 minutes from here. 10 minutes from here is a mini golf course and a lake where you can swim.
