La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Come and discover our recently renovated Penty on one level in a quiet cul-de-sac. A small private garden adjoining the accommodation with direct access to the center of the village awaits you. Linens and towels are provided.

Le logement se situe dans la maison des propriétaires, il est indépendant ainsi que l'accès. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie (1 couchage possible 1 personne avec vrai matelas, un supplément de 10€ la nuitée est demandé) un coin cuisine et salon avec TV. Une chambre spacieuse attenante à la salle de bain. Cet appartement paisible à la campagne, est à 1 km de la voie rapide Brest Quimper entre mer et forêt.

18m² studio with 50m² quiet garden. Fully equipped kitchen, 140x200 mezzanine bed, sofa, TV, bathroom and storage. Access 2 min walk to the GR34 and 5 min walk to the beach. Bring small shoes for swimming. 20 min drive from Brest and Landerneau, 45 min from the Crozon Peninsula. No smoking and no pets allowed. The arrival and departure times are modifiable and agreed together.
