Great location in The Fan neighborhood of Richmond; close to everything; tons of good restaurants; very walkable. Well appointed with everything to feel right at home. Will definitely stay here again if business or sports bring us to Richmond.

We LOVED Lacey’s place. It was so cute, it was clean, and it was in a great location. As someone passionate about interior design, I was obsessed with this home. Adorable and comfortable. Lacey was super communicative and kind. Would stay again!

We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for a small weekend get away and very close to the ferry to hop over to the city.

Very comfortable and well-priced home, very easy to find, check in and felt a good location for the sights in DC - even without a car you can get a tram or bus into the centre, and the Metro was not too far a walk away either. The neighbourhood felt fine and safe. Parking situation was fine - it's only 2 hours during weekdays right outside but there's free parking with no time limit just a street away (2 min walk). Would recommend as somewhere to stay for a trip to DC.

House and ground were beautiful! The vast estate was very well manicured and well kept. It was a unique house being 160 years old and having the kitchen in a separate house but did enjoy the time era furniture. House had been updated and was done well. Fireplaces in all rooms was awesome even though we only used the one in the kitchen as the pilot light wasn’t lit in the others. House had all of the items needed for a vacation and we would go back in the future if we are in the area.

Cap 2 Cap was just what I was looking for. My stay was long-term (6 wks) and the peaceful and quiet setting was perfect. Riding on the trail, nature watching/photography, and the rich history allowed me to reconnect with my home state. I miss it already! John was an amazing and responsive host and would reach out to let me know when someone was staying in the lower level and even let me use the laundry facilities when empty. He truly went above and beyond. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything one would need. The mattresses and sofa were super comfy. It was truly a home away from home. I highly recommend!

I had a wonderful time staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The Airbnb was clean and well provisioned. The check-in was smooth, and James was very friendly. The Airbnb is on an especially beautiful stretch of the Chickahominy River, and we had a lovely day kayaking and exploring.

Crystal's condo was spotless and an easy place to stay. Crystal was very proactive and made us feel welcome. her dinner suggestions were superb too! perfect for a weekend getaway in a resort atmosphere. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!

Comfortable home that was exactly what my family needed. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Shower on the first floor is my favorite of any place I’ve stayed. Maria was always responsible and was flexible my with requests.

We loved our stay! The landscaped backyard was just what our dogs needed and we were so close to everything. The home and furnishings were lovely. Richard was a great host and communicated everything quickly! Will be back for sure.

Absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated. We used this for my partner’s birthday trip and it exceeded our expectations! We were mindful it is still an active horse ranch so there were ants but we were prepared. Other than that everything was exceptional and the horses were beautiful too!

I needed a pet friendly place to stay to attend a local graduation and this was the perfect place. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities at the campground, but saw them and it looked like the pictures. Had a nice, quiet stay.

Ashley was amazing! When I told some issues she came and looked into it and fixed it ASAP. (Issue was very minor). The layout was great, sofas comfortable enough that you could sleep on them! Backyard was great for my two large dogs! Ashley was great! This is a perfect place for temporary housing or for like me for in between houses where I sold and had to wait a couple weeks until I could get into my new place!

We had a terrific week. The accommodations were superb. Tanya and her husband are super friendly. She made her delicious muffins and cookies for our arrival. I didn’t want to leave. This is our second time staying and we will be back next summer.

We had a fantastic stay! This condo had great high ceilings, which made the place feel very spacious. There were close spots to quickly park and unload suitcases, and no stairs to climb. There are so many things to do within walking distance, such as great restaurants and visiting the beautiful capitol building area. Parking is included and just around the block in a safe garage, which is such a plus when staying downtown. We definitely would book this space again! Whit is very helpful, friendly and responsive!

She is a great host! She always responded to us kindly and I am very grateful.

We were just staying there because of work, but it was in a cool area and if you like the outdoors there is a big trail.

We’ve stayed with Lynne on several occasions and it’s always been great. Through the years, updates have been made and we appreciate the care for the property. Very easy and accessible location. Beautiful and private backyard ♥️

The house was absolutely perfect and comfortable for our family! It was very clean and the beds, linens and towels were great! I will say that the one “bedroom” listed with a full bed is actually a laundry room with a bed in it off the kitchen. It turned out great for my granddaughter b/c she’s used to dark rooms but I wouldn’t necessarily list it as a bedroom for adults. Other than that, it was amazing! James was very responsive when I had some questions! Would definitely rent again if we are in the area!
