Holiday rentals with a patio in Hope Mills

Parkton Place is a phenomenal place to stay! Just outside of town but still close enough to restaurants and activities. Animals are all so well maintained and a truly a joy to interact with. The place is blooming with life - we even got to see baby chicks running around! Home was clean and comfortable. My family and my fur baby were all very happy here. AC kept the apartment clean even in the hottest days. Highly recommend as a wedding & anniversary venue with stunning photo ops and plenty of accommodation for friends and family. Also great for long stays as the hosts are the friendliest most helpful people you’ll ever meet!

Wonderful clean space, very beautiful home

We had a great stay, but if your looking for private home this place might not be for you because there is not much privacy due to the fact this house is a duplex, it would’ve been nice to know that from the beginning unfortunately it was not mentioned in the house description so just be aware if you are someone who likes privacy this house may not be for you! Other than that no other complaints house was in great condition. Thank you Rosa :)

Great place to stay and great, responsive host. It felt like she thought of everything! I loved the notebook of info she made for the home (it had WiFi password, food suggestions, how to get in touch, etc.). I was staying far from home so the extra kcups, sugar, and laundry detergent were very helpful! She even had spare batteries, a flashlight, and a first aid kit in the kitchen. 10/10 would stay again!

Mr. Ruben's place was cozy and outstanding. I will love to rent it again if that's alright.

This was such a tranquil place to stay for our weekend in North Carolina. The space was beautiful and clean - and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the cute coffee station and would take our coffees to the dock bench to enjoy the lake. The patio was also a relaxing spot to sit on the swing and take in the view or watch the birds and squirrels at the feeder out front - they were so entertaining! Alese and Leann were responsive and so friendly - we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to see family in NC!

Great place to stay! It’s very quiet and private, the apartment has everything you need. It was very clean and organized and everything in the kitchen had labels! Lucy was very responsive and helped with getting us checked in. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Amanda's place on our way up from Florida to New York. We found the location to be extremely convenient as it's very close to I-95. Her place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and she was very proactive in communicating how to get in, house rules, and what needed to be done before checking out. We never had any questions or issues because Amanda made it a very smooth experience! The place was exactly as described and worked perfectly for us. We will likely be requesting to stay there again during future travels up and down the coast!

Bethany’s house is really nice and so clean. We liked the fact that it was very quiet and private with only trees behind it. There were plenty of towels for everyone. All of the rooms were neat and tidy. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Such a nice place to stay for the weekend as we were in NC visiting my daughter and grandson. We highly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you for being a great host Bethany! We appreciated your quick and friendly responses.

Our family immensely enjoyed Luna Casa del Lago, Lake Front house. The house is spacious and warm. The kitchen is large and great for cooking. The kids loved the game room and spent most of their time in there when not hanging out by the lake. I enjoyed my time on the chaise lounge, looking out the window watching the cardinals. Overall, everything was very clean, neat and a great place for our family to enjoy. Ashley is extremely proactive and always willing to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We had a great long weekend at this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and all of the rooms including the living areas were super spacious! The kids (and adults!) loved all of the gaming options! Highly recommend!!

This was my third stay in this home. It has always been an awesome experience, and I would come back again. The host is wonderful and very responsive. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook healthy meals and not eat out. Great and comfortable furnishings – couch, bed, pillows, TV’s, washer and dryer… I work and basically live aboard, when I return to the states, I look for a place to relax and to recharge my battery. This home and the neighborhood gave me quietness and peaceful solitude I look for!!!

I’m so glad we found this spot for our stay! We needed a place we could comfortably stay for a while with a toddler and this checked all our boxes. Host was extremely responsive and kind. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very convenient to nearby amenities. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here!

Usually when I visit Fayetteville I book a hotel; however this time I needed more than one room and it was more feasible to get a Air bnb . This place was easy to access, clean and comfortable.

Joyet was a wonderful host, pleasant, quick to respond.. The condo was great very clean and cozy and quiet . I love that the location was perfect easy to get to every place I needed. Look forward to staying again soon..

This home was such a lovely place. The pictures match the description perfectly. Judy was a pleasure and responded in a timely manner. I extended my stay two extra days. While being outside on patio, I was bitten by bugs so I suggest bug spray if you like to side outside like myself. Outside area wasn’t in the best condition but it didn’t affect my stay.

love the renovations they've done to the place. everything was clean and well stocked. having two full bathrooms plus an in-unit washer and dryer was a game changer when traveling with a teenager.
