The area is quiet, beautiful for hiking and biking and not yet discovered by the general public. (so don't tell anyone...). The cozy Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Deventer and Kampen are just around the corner. Heino is a village surrounded by estates, of which the Nijenhuis with museum is the best known. The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).
