Very pleasant stay in an ideal accommodation, all comforts or more. Close to the beach and the city. A very kind, friendly, welcoming, available host. Experience to repeat. I recommend it.

Contance's place is well located. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is very well equipped. Mobilize, BBQ, garden, beach stuff, etc. everything is there. Cooking utensils and cooking essentials are present. It feels like home. This is one of the best places we've rented. Go there without so much as a second thought!

In a small peaceful alley hides a beautifully decorated cosi triplex. It's pretty easy to park around. It should be noted that access to the floors, especially on the 2nd floor, is via narrow, ramp-free stairs (the charm of the old), which can make it difficult for people to get around. Christelle is responsive and accommodating for our arrival. Do not hesitate to ask him for good places.

Impeccable accommodation! Beautiful decor! Simply PERFECT! We came as a family with our 3 teenagers, they loved it, each had their own space, we had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a charming village where there is a good restaurant (with old wells). You feel safe, the locals are warm. Beautiful walks along the canal to reach the beaches. The car was not helpful to us during the stay... You're all set for a great vacation Thank you, for allowing us to enjoy good relaxing moments with our family.

I would recommend Nadine and Jean-Claude's quiet home in the back of their house . the house is ideal for relaxing and relaxing. Nadine is a solar person, very attentive to your request and at the slightest concern she finds a solution. I highly recommend this rental if you need rest.

We had a great Easter time with my friends and children in this cottage. The park is beautiful and allows children and adults to enjoy the amenities (pétanque, swing, trampoline). The annex room, very large, allows you to eat together, to play billiards, darts, foosball, without disturbing those looking for calm. In short, the we were too pleasant. We'll probably come back to that.

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Stayed one night when travelling back from Spain to UK. Found the apartment to be clean and cosy with a nice comfortable bed. Liked the easy access to the private parking and the pet friendly features.

We had the end with family and friends and everything spectacular, pity that the pool was not yet available but the facilities, the terrace , theme parquing everything to our taste and comfort, the house loved very spacious and comfortable , the compound super quiet and very pijo, and above all the communication with the host was 10 very attentive and kind , I responded to the minutes , I liked the truth , I would certainly repeat if I had the opportunity 👏🏻✨

Listing as described. Thanks for the flexibility of the dates, we arrived on a Monday instead of Saturday. Just a few things to do on foot or by bike. Shops, center, port... A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

30 min from the big buffets, the environment is peaceful and the neighboring villages are very nice. Beautifully decorated house with a perfect outdoor space! Only downside: the lack of dishes and the coffee maker / kettle outside, which requires you to go out for a coffee in the morning, in times of rain and cold... Highly responsive host! Recommended ++

I will always remember this very special time at Maison Magnifique. The land, the home, the quietude of the natural surroundings...it all filled my soul and brought me such joy and peace. Guillaume was an incredible host, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only thing I didn't like about my visit was having to leave! Anyone who has the chance to visit this beautiful home and to meet kind Guillaume, is so very fortunate. Merci beaucoup, Guillaume! I hope I can return some day...
