Its geographical location allows access in 40 minutes to the beaches, 40 minutes to the City of Carcassonne, 20 minutes to the large buffets of Narbonne and 10 minutes to the highway exit. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Small village house with garden and large south-facing terrace. Composed of the living room, dining room and kitchen as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet upstairs. Bath sheets and towels are not provided but can be provided for an extra fee. the gîte is next to a restaurant "Le Petit Louis" 50 m from the Canal du Midi, on the edge of which you can walk or bike to Lake Jouarres.
