Holiday houses in Homonhon Island

The place was really clean, bed was comfortable very spacious and I love rain shower that’s 1000/10 for me. Trixie was very friendly too and easy to communicate . The place is more or less 15 minutes away from Calicoan Beach and Linao Cave. All in all the experience was great.

My husband and I arrived at 11 pm and messaged Giovanni here to check-in. He replied in just a couple of minutes. The room we stayed in was comfy and homey. Lots of space for even a family of 6, with a hammock and seats on the veranda to rest and chat at after a swim. Breakfast at their restaurant right in front of the beach was very relaxing and very conducive for priceless and memorable conversations. The small pool is a nice place to let small kids swim while the adults were eating and relaxing. Great view of the beach and really cool even on a sunny day. Parking was no problem either. Their food is really good with ample servings. The owners also give good suggestions on which places to visit. Their place is like coming back to an ancestral home by the beach to have fun and recharge before going back to your daily grind. Would be great to return with our kids for a longer stay.

Very nice place. Likely the best in the area. The villas are HUGE, and comfortable. Villas A and B have a partially obstructed view of the ocean (the roof of the restaurant protrudes into it). C and D are better. They were gracious enough to relocate us from B to C. The pool and cliff view from the pool and restaurant is very nice. No beach at the property, but a little down the road (maybe 300-500 meters?) is a big open beach. The pool is salt water. I bet they pull it from the ocean, but am not sure. Restaurant service is good, friendly, and a good selection of drinks at the bar ;) All the food we had was good. We enjoyed our stay there There were some repairs needed and they seem to be addressing them, but overall good condition. I think only the upstairs shower has a water heater. There is a drinking water cooler and heater in the kitchen. No stove top or dishes in the kitchen, some glasses. Good stay 😉

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The host was responsive and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommend and would stay again! Beachfront was also a plus ♥️♥️♥️

Great secluded resort in Sulangan, Giuan, right beside the beach. Very near St Anthony de Padua church and surfing point in Calicoan. Santorini room was very nice and spacious. Host was very customer friendly. Definitely recommended.

Had a wonderful time at Giovanni's! He and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome, including hooking me up with a local to help me explore the island and its history! Food was delicious, staff was attentive, and amenities were excellent. If you are staying in East Leyte, especially Guiuan, this is the place!
