Cottage holiday rentals in Homestead

I had a great experience staying at this cottage. The house was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, apparently safe neighborhood that was close to my venue. The check-in instructions were clear, and everything was just as described. But honestly, Raymond was the best part of the stay. He was incredibly communicative and responsive from the beginning. Although the property already allowed pets, I reached out with a special circumstance—my friend was going to join but had to back out last minute due to her dog being seriously ill. Raymond showed genuine empathy and was so kind and accommodating about the situation. That kind of human touch makes all the difference to me. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted experience.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Alfonso’s beautiful cottage. It was quiet, private, peaceful, clean, and overall exceeded our expectations. Alfonso is a great host and responds within minutes. I forgot my daughter’s earring and he allowed me to come back to retrieve it. Very understanding and flexible. The outstanding customer service was highly valued and appreciated. Would definitely recommend this air bnb to others.

Whenever I see “rare find” I snap it up. This time was no exception! Jacomina’s place was a lush, tropical oasis where we worked, played and relaxed. The fruiting trees, pool side relaxation stations and beautifully outfitted residence made this one of my favorite stays. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Our hosts were helpful, kind, thoughtful and treated us like old friends. There were many little touches that surprised and delighted me! I appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility when we had a question about how to find the right restaurant or needed a few extra minutes to check out. I would definitely recommend treating yourself to this Miami Oasis!

Wonderful stay at this idyllic location - it's like you're living in your own secluded natural paradise. But then you walk a few minutes and you're in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! We thoroughly enjoyed hanging round the swimming pool and our visiting baby turtles in the lake! There are fantastic restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived and entered this little bit of tropical paradise, I knew it was the right fit for me. Rick was a friendly and helpful host. I felt very comfortable with him and his other friends. I definitely want to return for another stay.

Toni was very responsive and check-in went smoothly. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is comfortably furnished and well equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the pantry staples and goodies provided for us to enjoy, including the fresh mangoes. There are lush green spaces and parks nearby and beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Toni provided some nice suggestions for things to do and dining options. Must try Riverside Market, a short walk away from the house. Definitely would recommend staying here.

I stayed for a few days while moving my son out of UM. The cottage was very comfortable and Yvette was even amenable to my son staying the last night once the dorm was closed, even though he wasn’t on the initial reservation. It’s a great location if you’re planning to be out and about, walkable to the train, restaurants and grocery stores. Bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

This was an incredible stay. From the start, Alex was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I initially planned to stay one night but due to a flight cancellation was able to get it extended another night on short notice.. also very accommodating on check out times. I have stayed at 80+ Airbnb’s around the world. This one definitely is in my top five. Many Airbnb’s are lacking in furnishings and basic. Not Alex’s place. I believe it to be a candidate for Architectural Digest.. beautiful and unique furnishings. The place is conveniently located to MIA and nearby sights and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place. I definitely plan to return.

This stay was truly a 5-star experience! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the communication Francisco was responsive, respectful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Decided to pick this place for my graduation and it was perfect for my daughter and my nephew who had so much fun with the pool and the loft. It was a great size to make everyone feel comfortable and not on top of each other. The beach was close enough and great food all around. Quiet street as well. Would stay here again for sure !

I stayed at Jeff's place with 4 of my cousins, so 5 girls in the house. We were anticipating a trip just to hang out at a beach for a couple of days and this was a great place to do that. It was a great stay, we were close to the beach. Jeff had beach chairs ready for us and a wagon to pull them to the beach. It was like a half a block walk to the boardwalk and beach. We spent a lot of time walking the boardwalk, checking out the shops and eateries and enjoyed the beautiful sandy beach. Their is a nice bottom deck and top deck which we enjoyed coffee out there in the morning and playing cards later at night. We would definitely come back here or recommend this place. Jeff was very easy to reach out to and responded to texts very well. He even called us the morning we were checking out to make sure everything was OK. NOTE: There are towels in the bathrooms, but no wash cloths and no dish cloths (there is a sponge) and no dish towel. So next time I would pack each of those.

We stayed here during my sisters wedding weekend and it truly was the perfect space for us to go back and forth! Super clean and calm and Craig was so nice and let us check in a little earlier. Highly recommend!

Jovany was a great host! The place fits 2 perfectly. Dishes, pans, etc were available for use. The area is close to a lot of things less than 10 minutes to restaurants, groceries stores, and gas stations. Would definitely recommend!

I LOVE this home for the location to my family and the comfortability of the home itself. It's exactly my speed, my peace, my space. FULL kitchen, mini dining, mini living, FULL bathroom... literally right up my Alley when I'm traveling as a nurse. Neg-1. Not sure why, but my BF had to connect/ create the WiFi for the TV- that took a while, 2. The Bathroom toilet handle needed help, 3. Kinda a Lil TOO on the pricey side than I'd like. But the location is literally a block away from family, and the comparison of the local hotels, you can NOT beat the price. So in all, I'm VERY happy with my stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Euri's Airbnb is impeccable. I can't say enough good things about. Euri greeted me upon arrival and she is sweet and communicative. The cottage is located towards the back of the yard and is surrounded by beautiful trees, so it's private and you feel like you're in an oasis. It's wonderful to wake up to the sounds of birds in the morning and to have coffee on the front terrace. The parking was easy--right outside the cottage and I always felt safe in the neighborhood. It's a perfect location if you would like to explore Miami. I spent a lot of time going to North Beach, which is a short drive. The neighborhood felt safe and there are a ton of grocery stores nearby. The inside of the cottage was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, the bathroom large and you could actually move around in it. There's great closet space and the apartment is trendy and minimalistic so you can feel very calm there. Would highly recommend.

**Exceptional Stay in a Peaceful Oasis - Highly Recommended!** I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for a 2 days getaway and can confidently say it was a remarkable experience from the moment I arrived. The location is ideal, situated in a safe, picturesque neighborhood and close restaurants and charming cafes. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by a clean, thoughtfully decorated space that instantly made me feel at home. The attention to detail in every room showed how much the hosts care about their guests' comfort. The bed were cozy, linens fresh, and the modern bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with fluffy towels and essential toiletries. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and serenity.

Beautiful Place!!! and INCREDIBLY CLEAN and soooo CUTE. honestly the best airbnb we've stayed at. Wished we stayed longer! Host was incredibly nice and approachable. You can tell there was a lot of attention to detail put in.
