Monthly Rentals in Homer

Quiet Street, very comfortable and clean house. The garage was incredibly useful! Everything was exactly as I would expect for a much more expensive rental! I stayed here for almost a week and could not have been happier. I have family in town so I will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again!

We were there to hunt deer and This was a perfect set up for hunters we each got our own room so if someone didnt want to hunt , the others didnt disturb them - we also loved the community kitchen / dining room , where we shared meals , stories , games , and other entertainment while we were there - we will be returning to this set up in future years - thanks Christy !!

Stephanie was a terrific host. She communicates extremely well and made check in and check out seamless. The house was very nice and very clean! When we arrived there were small gift bags for my 2 children, and they had slinky races down the stairs. The location was accessible and quiet. I travel to Sioux City often for business and plan on staying with Stephanie again!
