The cabin has a large jetty on the downhill side. Isefjærfjorden normally has the highest sea bathing temperature in Norway (according to Reiseradioen). Short distance to the wildlife park, 15 km. The cabin has a steep slope at the front, but it is fenced. There is a parking space with a main road leading to the cabin and to the cabin itself; the road up to the cabin is somewhat narrow. Large deck with tables and chairs. The cabin has running water. The cabin has a brand new toilet. Internet and TV don't work. Enclosed terrace with sliding door/windows. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. 2 bedrooms with double bed for two people.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

The boathouse was built in the traditional way in the 1970s and is located right by the water with a great view of the sea. Here you can start the day with your morning coffee by the window, take a refreshing swim, enjoy the sun on the jetty or just relax and watch the life on the sea. This is not a modern holiday home with luxury and a high standard. Naustet has a simple and practical interior, characterised by its age and history. In return, you get an authentic experience close to nature and marine life.

Cozy apartment in Homborsund! Close to the zoo.

The apartment is part of the 1st floor of an existing residential building with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate screened outdoor area with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and fits nicely for e.g. 2 children. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks that can be rented. Wifi in the apartment.

New timber house with a fantastic view of the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya in the west. Large and spacious house with high ceilings in the living room/kitchen. Here there is sun from morning to evening, and many opportunities to sit outside, or in the armchairs in front of the large windows. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the amazing views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities to rent a rowing boat. Great hiking areas.

Cottage, boat, spa, private dock, Lillesand

Cottage with all equipment, spa, trampoline, 3 kayaks and a 13 foot boat with 15hp at the private dock. Kitchen and place to eat at the dock. Beautiful calm fjord, lots of fish and crabs, short boat trip to the outer islands to feel the ocean. Nice boat trips behind the islands. Climbing connection. zipline., tubing and waterski. Bigger more stable Yamarin 15 foot with 100hp 4stroke Yamaha can be rented for 1000kr a night or a Musling 14 with 60hp yamaha 4stroke for 800kr a night.

Great apartment by the sea in Fevik (Grimstad)

En lys og moderne leilighet med delvis sjøutsikt i et sentralt og attraktivt område på Fevik i Grimstad kommune. Leiligheten har terrasse med sol fra morgen til ca 16-17. Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Idyllic annex with view

Here you can lower your heart rate and just be. Wake up in the morning and enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Ånesland while still in bed. Take a morning bath right below the annex and listen to the birdsong. Maybe you can be tempted by a canoe trip? Or bring a fishing rod and try your luck at fishing? Toilet and shower are in the outhouse which is about 80 meters away from the annex. Possibility of grilling on a campfire pan, but no kitchen facilities.

Idyll in Sørlandet by Tovdalselva near the Zoo

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.
