We spent very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small village invites you to take small and large hikes. If you get in the car, you can reach the well-known sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the black moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids under the age of 8. We enjoyed the house, activities in the park and the little lake. The house was very comfortable and modern. Perfect stay for 2 families.

Super furnished holiday home with beautiful garden, the landlord is in the neighbouring house

We were in this beautiful holiday home for an extended weekend with 13 people. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and above all the children were super satisfied and could play in the beautiful garden with the toys. The stream was a particular highlight. We will be happy to come back.

It was a very nice and successful holiday. The place was beautiful and very clean. The hosts are very friendly and have spoken with and speaking with a very likeable humor from the beginning. You have welcomed and felt welcome and welcome. With the self-written welcome sign in the entrance, you had a direct feeling of having arrived. In addition, the surroundings and especially the view from the balcony, where we spent a lot of time, were beautiful. So from us an absolute recommendation. We will definitely stay with Axel and Andrea again.

Quiet Lge to relax

The absolute highlight is the wellness area with pool, sauna and solarium under absolute privacy. The 2 hours agreed daily for the benefit of this area are completely sufficient. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the A7, so it is also very easy to reach. However, the noise of the A7 is audible, with the infinite bird concert from all corners covering this noise. When the door and windows are closed, you don't hear it, so it doesn't bother sleep. Wifi comes from the main building and is relatively weak. There's another guest wifi, as seen on Airbnb, but it's not working. I couldn't understand why the wifi distributor in the bedroom should serve. The phone number on Airbnb is not working Communication via text is flawless. Response in seconds and always positive. I wouldn't call the appartment dirty. However, a thorough cleaning in corners and edges seems long overdue.

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

Beautiful weekend home from the first minute. Communication with Rebecca and Philipp was straightforward and cordial. The house was perfect for 9 adults: many cozy corners to play, chat, read or even work. Great amenities! The surroundings are an inexhaustible hiking paradise. You definitely need a car to get there and to go on excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We were able to enjoy a few days with our dog in the great apartment, no, the whole house, that Christiane offered. What a wonderfully nice, authentic and cozy house! Within original headroom in some rooms, which makes the building very original, all rooms well laid out and cosy. Everywhere (even in the bedrooms) a cozy wood stove, which we fired once in the kitchen and in the living room because of the moderate outside temperature - immediately nice and warm, also because the rooms are not too large; wonderful! Comfortable beds, good bathroom(s!), beautiful bedrooms and almost everywhere a beautiful view over the slopes towards Fulda. The (very quiet) village offered very nice hiking opportunities, for a message, beer or restaurant you have to be a little further - but if you like peace (and we do) you are fine in this nice house. Finally: a great fun garden, with a fence, so that the dog stays within reach. We thank Christiane and Markus!

House was beautiful and private - were warmly welcomed with homemade jam. The property is perfect for visiting Vellmar and Kassel. The bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also available. The house has been decorated with fresh tulips from their own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The wifi was a bit sporadic but everything was great :)

We had a very nice time in Renate's house. The surroundings invite you to numerous hikes and excursions and in the apartment you will find everything you need and the beds are very comfortable! We will be happy to come back :)

We had a wonderful weekend in Warburg, it was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations in several ways. Warburg is a very pretty town with an old town where the accommodation was located. We rented all three apartments in the beautiful half-timbered house to spend a weekend with our adult children. Everyone had their own area, but in the top apartment, there was also the possibility of eating together at a large table and playing in the evening. That was great. The apartments are very tastefully and modernly furnished, we didn't miss anything. David is a very accommodating, patient and nice host who has not tired of answering my many questions in advance in a friendly manner. The surroundings of Warburg are also super beautiful, so absolutely worth a trip!!

We had a great time in Gerda's beautiful house. The house is spacious and super equipped: we were there with toddler and baby and found plenty of toys (books, games, puzzles, balls, etc.) as well as sandbox and car park outside that provided a lot of joy. Excellent location within walking distance of the dam, wildlife park and treetop trail/climbing forest. Gerda and her husband are very friendly and helpful. Thank you - we will be happy to come back!

I would be happy to recommend the Auszeithaus! We had a nice weekend in Kleinern. In the charming and idyllically situated half-timbered house, you will feel at home. The house has been lovingly renovated and furnished.

Very quiet and cozy place, I recommend it to everyone

We stayed for 3 nights in Carolin's house. The quiet location, away from all the hustle and bustle, has brought us here. As city dwellers, we enjoyed the peace and the beautiful surroundings on long hikes. The place was as described. Everything was clean and perfect for us. Carolin was friendly and helpful in contact with us. Thank you for the relaxing stay in the great house. We can only recommend it 😊👌🏻

Great apartment, friendly proactive approach with useful hints and tips, fully equipped and stylishly furnished apartment, great comfortable king-size bed, no carpet (suitable for allergy sufferers). Amazing place! Everything went great! Highly recommend it!

Karin was very quick to respond to messages and was extremely helpful. The house was beautiful, warm, had more than enough space for eight people and was equipped with all the utensils imaginable. The coin-operated machine in the sauna sometimes didn't work, but the problem then solved itself. There are several beautiful hiking trails in the area and a beautiful small lake (swimming there is prohibited, however). Overall, I can safely say that we would be back.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The organization and contact with the host was very good. We will be happy to take advantage of Margarethe's hospitality again.

Dagmar's beautiful house with wonderful views leaves nothing to be desired. The reception is tremendously warm and everything is thought of in advance. Thank you! We would love to come back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Rhön with its exceptionally beautiful flower meadows.
