The Maashuisje was completely renovated in 2023 and has a high finish. In the cottage is a bathroom and a separate toilet room but still has a 2nd luxury bathroom separate from the house. The house has a covered balcony where you have an overview of the mesh and the backyard. If you want to fish or sunbathe directly on the water, you can use the large floor that protrudes over the mesh. The house is fully equipped and child friendly. A very unique sought-after location!

A water in a few minutes walk where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can come too! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking nearby. Zoo and war museum in 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping or visiting the old settlement town of Grave.
