My spouse, young child, and I had a great stay! Cameron left detailed instructions so it was easy to get into the condo and to check out. The home is beautiful and cozy, and my child especially enjoyed reading the ocean-themed books on the screened-in porch. This was a great value for a weekend at the beach - we actually went to both Topsail Island and Wrightsville Beach because they were so close. Thank you Cameron for a great stay!

Amazing stay if you have kids. Huge and clean backyard and beautiful property. Easy drive to local parks and the beach. Home was wonderful and had plenty of room. Overall an amazing place to stay and we plan to book again next year.

The house exceeded our expectations. There is beach equipment/towels available for guests, along with a rise off area by the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked compared to other air bnbs I've stayed in. Check in/check out is super easy and the responsive hosts created a helpful guidebook to answer all questions and even included restaurant/activity recommendations. The walk to the beach access was much shorter than we thought from the map view, so this is a perfect location in vicinity to the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived, all of the linens are high quality and cleaned very well. The mattresses and pillows were also extremely comfy! We've decided that Topsail will be our regular beach spot and we'll be staying here whenever possible!!

We stayed on this property over a weekend while we were in town for a soccer game. We thoroughly enjoyed the area as well as how beautiful this home was, the location and how close it was to everything was a bonus! The host was super responsive and extremely accommodating. We will most definitely be planning a trip back here within the coming months.

Incredibly thankful for getting to stay in such a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to relax & unwind with friends without all the chaos of the city. The house was squeaky clean & had a cute back patio where we spent the majority of our time. The host responded quickly with any questions we had. I booked this country tiny house for me and my sister. It was a great tiny house, beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, it was very quiet we only heard frogs and wildlife and a rooster. We loved it and would stay again. Ty Joseph and Shellie.

Perfect place to stay in downtown Wilmington! Minutes to the riverwalk amongst beautiful historic homes. Our stay was quiet and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

This was the cutest and most comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to everything we wanted to do. Very walkable location with Cape Fear river view. Off-site parking was easy and convenient. Would stay here again and again....

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! This was our second time staying at Steven's place. We love the location, which allows us to access historic downtown restaurants and concerts at Riverfront Park on foot and easily drive to beaches. And the apartment provides a comfortable and roomy space to rest and recover from all the fun!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

The space is cozy and welcoming, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's our favorite beach, and the kids absolutely love the pool. We had the most incredible stay at this stunning beachfront Airbnb in North Topsail Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee on the private deck as the sun rose over the water felt like a dream. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully decorated, with a cozy coastal vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the living space was ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. The condo was the perfect vacation spot for a couple and our 3 kids. Love the upstairs space & decor. Pool and beach were walking distance. The beach was clean. The area was not overly crowded. Private entrance, safe. Would recommend for a family! Chris was also very responsive & helpful. Thanks for a great family vacation!

This place was perfect for a small get away for me and my mom. We wanted to be right on the beach and this place delivered! You have to be careful during high tide if you are trying to get on the beach from the condo’s beach access stairs but it did not cause any problems during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves. The bed was also very comfortable to sleep in. Alan was very friendly and communicated often, even suggesting local places we could have dinner at. We had a wonderful mother-daughter weekend making memories!
