Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Holiday Island

House was beautiful, and huge! Gorgeous location and we saw lots of wildlife, deer visiting the house daily. Very close to Eureka Springs, Holiday Island grocery store and Dollar General. With 4 old ladies, those things are important to us :-) Kelley was a very engaged hostess and quick to respond. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

My husband and I, along with our two younger children, absolutely loved our stay! Gayla and Steve go above and beyond to make the home welcoming, having absolutely everything you could think of that you might need, and then some. We had a minor issue after arriving, but we quickly received a response after reaching out, and things were resolved in a timely matter. Additionally, they checked in with us a couple of days later to make sure things were still going well. The view from the back deck is beautiful and my kids loved eating every meal either on the deck or from inside the screened-in porch/sunroom. It was the perfect location for us to make day trips to Eureka Springs and Branson, and we loved going back "home" each night to peaceful surroundings after busy days. Having the water so close for the kids to practice fishing and splash around in was a great bonus. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home! Extremely clean! Just a beautiful place inside and out. So peaceful and loved drinking coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise while the rooster crowed. We are planning to stay there again next year. It was our best experience ever with an air bnb!

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

We had such a good time as a family in this rental! It was the perfect size and layout for our multiple kids. I think we spent the most time out on the beautiful GIANT wraparound deck. The drawers and cabinets labeled made it so much easier to navigate the kitchen. The setup inside is so cozy and tidy. We are talking about making this an annual trip, and this place will definitely be on our list to return to if available! Thank you!

The little White House is a great find. Very spacious, comfortable, and quiet home that is a good distance from lots of attractions. Terry and Olga were incredibly responsive and helpful. And most of all, the property was perfect for our two dogs! We’d definitely come back

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !

The thermostat works well but no ceiling fans so if you want air flow bring a fan. Sheets were comfortable. Coffee was included and bath soap, shampoo and conditioner. Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the little extras included with our rental. I recommend the host and this place.

Staying here was great! Its location was perfect for what we needed, with several amenities located within a few miles. Randi was helpful with anything we needed and had an amazing response time!

This was our second time staying at Nadine’s place. It’s perfect for us and our fur babies to stay while in Rogers. It’s close to the downtown square and only 15 minutes to the AMP. The bed is comfy and the place has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again.

Deanna’s place was great! Super fun theme and everything was in working condition. She also went above and beyond with thoughtful stuff. For example, there was a little sewing kit if you have clothing issues. She truly thought of everything. I would stay here again!

We are sooo happy we picked this place for our long weekend. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded retreat that’s still close to Downton Eureka Springs and so many other must-see spots, then I highly recommend. The hosts are warm and friendly but also respectful of your privacy and space. Amenities are thoughtfully stocked. We really hope to return again when temps are cooler. 100% would recommend!

Check in and check out was a breeze, and Colleen is such a kind host! It’s a bit of walk to some of the places downtown, but not bad at all. We’d stay again!

We can't say enough about this place. Not just the suite that we stayed in, but the whole building was just perfect. Best hosts we have ever experienced with any rental property. They literally take care of everything for you. The location is absolutely perfect; it is so quiet. It almost feels like you're in a treehouse when sitting outside. The spring is so relaxing, and the decks and lower patio are amazing. But the best things about this place are Jom and Judy. They put themselves into this property of course. But they also put themselves into every rental. They care about your stay, they really do. Jom is great, he knows everything about the town, buildings and its history. He is also a whole bag of fun and can show you where to eat and get the best drinks. These are the kind of hosts you want to take with you to dinner or drinks to be honest. We will never stay anywhere else when visiting Eureka Springs, no doubt there. A+++++

Our stay was perfect! The home was exactly as pictured and described. Everything was spotless. Jim and Pam were quick to respond to messages, and communicated so well. The area is peaceful, and felt very safe. This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays.

Our stay at this condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The space was well-stocked with everything our family needed—and more. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed our 4th of July Weekend at Tera's place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals. The kids appreciated the games & thought the Murphy bed was the coolest bed ever. There were so many extras from smores for the fire pit & a basket of toiletries if you happen to forget something! We only used the pool one night, but it was so nice to have access to upon arrival and a non-lake day. The proximity to Big M can't be beat, our boys loved feeding the turtles and they have a restaurant, ice cream, boat ramp & boat rentals. We had an amazing time - thank you Tera for sharing your place.

We love this location! It’s close to downtown so we don’t have to worry about parking, but it isn’t right in the center where all the action is (which is great for a rest between shopping and dining). Only a 10 minute walk to the center of downtown and one of the best pizza places is just across the street. Perfect location and we love sitting on the back porch (in the tree canopy). Our friends stayed in the same building and we spent time gathering in the common space outside for food and conversation. Really lovely stay and wonderful hosts!!!

Absolutely great place to stay! We stayed 1 week, first time in the area. Tricia sent several suggestions of places to go. We loved Dogwood Canyon, Osage Restaurant at Top of the Rock, Sunday brunch at College of the Ozarks, Talking Caverns, Wolfe Mountain zipline, and still relaxed by the pool with the amazing view. Everything is pretty close, within about 1/2 hour drive and every drive is beautiful. Tricia has everything you could possibly need. Very high quality linens, absolutely everything in the kitchen, and even extras like a sewing kit, first aid supplies, shower supplies, and cleaning supplies. Everything you need to really feel at home. Whenever we return to this area, this is definitely where we will stay.

Brandi’s place was absolutely perfect! When trying to book a place, this was one of the only ones that I could find where it was update, clean, and cozy. The view of the lake was great as well. I would definitely stay here again! The unit was exactly as described and pictured.
