Holiday rentals with beach access in Holetown

Our stay at Robin's was very enjoyable. Very clean, well located in Holetown, quiet, safe and private. The place has pretty much what you need for a self-catered vacation. Robin was an excellent host. In terms of location, within a 10 minute walk you can access beaches, the Beachhouse, Massy's (supermarket) and public transportation. Would gladly return there on a next visit. Thank you Robin!

Mike was an amazing host ! He was extremely accommodating from beginning to end. He let us check in early and also check out later since we had a late flight back home. He recommended AMAZING restaurants & activities for us to do. He directed us to a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters & Amazing local food spots . We really wanted to experience & explore Barbados and he was very helpful. We really felt at home & it felt as if we were staying over with family. His wife was very sweet and their home is just stunning! A plus is their Airbnb has a beautiful view & their neighbors have two beautiful horses I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee & taking in the view. Mikes place exceeded our expectations & would say you will not regret booking with him. We were on the fence of booking Airbnb or a hotel and I am so GLAD we went with mikes place. Thank you Mike and Natalie, we miss you already!

Miles and Karen looked after us well. There were small issues (there always are) and they dealt with them promptly and with understanding. The area and the unit are charming. Private access to the beach below is a great benefit. It is just off a road that is busy during the day. Whilst there is traffic noise we did not find that disturbing and did not interfere with our sleep. We appreciated the sizeable fridge freezer, the cooker that worked and plentiful kitchen equipment. The nearest supermarket is Jordan’s within 100 meters, mostly for basics. Holetown has a Massy’s store which is much better. Bus ride 15 minutes. Also more restaurants there to choose from. There is the Carlton store in the other direction. More choice than at Jordan’s. Again, 15 mins by bus. Off the sandy beach in the water there are rocks you find underfoot. Miles has provided rubber socks to protect your feet just in case. Within minutes is the Bikini Beach Club and that is a great asset.

This was my toddler's yearly birthday trip and I couldn't be any more happier about our choice in accommodation. We felt right at home! We loved it so much that we barely made it to the beach and took every opportunity we could to enjoy the beautiful grounds and well-maintained pool. Our host was also very communicative and friendly. I cant thank you enough for hosting us and I really hope to visit again soon!

We just spent 10 days at anidele spice and it was great. Place was spotless and the bedroom ac was great to have. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. We mostly did breakfast as there is many other great restaurants nearby to enjoy for lunches/ dinners. Dianne was even kind enough to bring us a blender to use for smoothies after the gym…..we were very grateful for that!! The guide book they provide gives you all the info you need for the area, you are just a short walk to some of Barbados most beautiful beaches on the west coast and there was very accessible parking if you have a car. Overall we would stay here again felt like home!!

Pierreson is the best host I have ever met! He is extremely thoughtful for any detail that could make a guests stay even more perfect and unforgettable. He even installed a pulley to bring my heavy suitcase to the upstairs apartment and down again. The first day he gave me a tour around the city which helped a lot for orientation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There are different beautiful beaches in walking distance easily accessible in 5 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. I would very much love to come back and stay at Pierresons apartment. I highly recommend this place!

You couldn’t pick a better beautiful location. The hosts were very responsive to all my queries. The lady that looked over the house, Claudette, was truly amazing, very friendly, full of knowledge of local places to eat and kept the outside of the house pristine. Olivia, who owns the house, was also amazing, very friendly and full of local history and had lots of great stories about the area and the island. Totally relaxing house and beach, great reef just outside the back door where turtles are everyday.

Excellent 2 week stay at this amazing apartment. It has everything you need and more. Spacious fully equipped, air conditioned apartment. We loved the private pool and garden. Was wonderful to sit on the terrace and were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys. And Mullins beach is only two minutes down the steps. We went there a lot. Also so handy to have a shower at the gate to the complex when coming back from the beach. Would recommend Adrian's Bar if you like a more authentic Caribbean bar. Loved the area as it was more closer to what we like about the Carribbean. Some of Barbados is a bit too developed with high end restaurants and hotels. Unlike our previous experience in the region in Guadeloupe and Martinique. We bypassed the overpriced places and went to Bomba's restaurant with a view that is hard to beat. Also Caboose beach bar in Speightstown has great Fish cutters. The Jamaican Jerk place is also brilliant. Overall a fabulous apartment in a great location

My wife and I, including our kids aged 6 and 3 really enjoyed our time at Monkey Corner (we did spot some monkeys as well!) - the tennis courts, pool house, club house and gym are all within walking distance. Our host, Brigitte, was very responsive throughout and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay - especially the day we arrived - saved us a couple of errands with the kids. The Villa was clean and modern with lots of seating around the place - our kids easily navigated the villa without us - we will stay again!

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. A mention to Stacey and Lawson who were always quick to answer any questions We loved it, thank you Stacey

Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

From the day we booked, all seemed very easy, which is what you want. Great communication throughout stay, and everything we needed for our stay for the week👍👍

We had a great stay at Tropical Escape. Rodney’s apartment is located in a nice residential area within a very short walk to Heywoods beach and also to Speightstown and its attractions. The apartment is very well equipped, with a powerful shower, ceiling fans , fast internet and a comfortable living area. Air conditioner is available in the bedroom at an extra cost, but we found we didn’t need it as fans are provided. The kitchen has all you need to prepare a meal- includes a blender, coffee maker, gas cooker and a decent sized fridge. Rodney is a great host- responsive, proactive and knowledgeable He made us feel very welcome. The next time we’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area we’ll definitely book again.

A lovely stay perfectly near everything we needed and nothing more than a walk away. The house was as well equipped as one could want with instructions on everything being so clear - I really can’t fault it and treated the place as I would my own. Very responsive host and house manager if anything was needed - can’t ask for more - 10/10!

Absolutely loved staying in this very well appointed house. It had everything we could possibly need & was in walking distance of all the lovely restaurants in Holetown & the beach.

This place was accurately described and looked like the pictures. Very clean very neat, it’s pretty small but it works. Location was a nice distance from things so I would check what you plan to do if you stay here. Also the neighborhood has dogs that bark constantly and are not quiet at night. Host was nice.

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

From our first enquiry to check-out, our experience with Preetam and this property was exceptional. We were traveling from Ireland with our 3-year-old and 5-month-old and were a bit nervous, but everything we needed—travel cot, highchair, baby bath, even kids' plates—was ready for us. Though there were no reviews when we booked, we were quickly reassured—the apartment was even better than the photos. Thoughtfully decorated and fully stocked, it’s clear a lot of care went into every detail. We’ve traveled a lot, and this was by far our best accommodation experience. Having the sea right outside was a real treat, and the beach was quiet and peaceful. One note: we’d have been lost without a car, as most restaurants and amenities are around 30 minutes away, there is not a lot in the immediate location. Definitely ask Preetam for restaurant/ disk recommendations! You are in for a treat! It really was the most beautiful place to stay, thank you.

Everything and more 10/10 😁

Sandy View was a beautifully furnished and well appointed condo with ample space for 3 couples. The views from the balcony across the beach were stunning. Volney was fantastic and got us some shopping in for our arrival as the supermarkets were closed early on the Sunday. She serviced the condo regularly and promptly address an issue with the hot water. The booking process was easy and Richard was really helpful before we arrived offering advice on transportation and restaurants. The beach was lovely but be sure to go to Heywood’s beach just 10 mins walk from the condo to the right. Two supermarkets close by were great. I would recommend Baia, Local&Co snd Sand Street Bistro as well as the pizzas at Orange Street Grocer. Pier One about a 1 mile walk right from the condo offers lovely sunbeds and a pool free if you eat there. I would highly recommend @Shasacatamarancruises for a private charter to snorkel and swim with turtles with your food and bar included. Really good value.

We had a fantastic stay! She was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. She even arranged a taxi for us at a great rate and allowed a late checkout. The home was stocked with 6 beach towels, beach toys, 1 snorkel mask, umbrella, 2 coolers, pool + arm floaties, making it great for kids. There is a very small charcoal grill however not sure where you would use it? The pool was peaceful, clean, + rarely used by others. A few notes: only bar soap provided + 2 rolls of toilet paper. No cooking oil or coffee grounds. Listing says 8 mins to beach, but it’s really 12 mins, 18 mins w/ small kids. One day, the water was off from 10am–8pm due to a main break (affecting whole area including hotels), but a neighbor shared some water to boil—so kind! Imart is nearby, though I got food poisoning from a pint of ice cream :( Heads-up: Bus is 3.50BDS, kids under 4 ride free on your lap, there’s a 10–12% service charge at some restaurants. Overall, Carol’s hospitality/place made our trip great!

Beautiful BNB! Across the street from Mullins Beach, private, quiet, but still close to the great local restaurants. Rosé was absolutely lovely and we really appreciated her quick response time and kindness. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Art studio is conveniently located so close to the beach. Beautiful gardens. Well looked after, cleaned and linen changed every couple if days, this wasn't expected. Every thing you need is there even beach chairs, books and games.
