The house was perfect for our family with two separate apartments for the couples and the downstairs apartment with 2 bedroom and a nice big kitchen where we all cooked and spent time together. The hardest thing was the lack of drainage on the street after the rain. It was hard to get around without stepping in muddy water. On the whole we had a great time.

The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for and natural surroundings of the property are breathtaking. The pool is the perfect retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

We really liked staying here. It's beautiful inside and the beds are really comfortable. Everything was great but unfortunately, there was construction noise going on a block away all day during the week. We were surprised at the size and amount of mud and puddles in the area, but once we found a good route in to downtown and to the beach, we got over it pretty quickly. We would go back again!

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the jungle! The house is very comfortable, perfect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of touristy places. I loved falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of the birds. Watching the sunrise and watching the moon at night. The place has everything you need, full kitchen, great outdoor space for making a fire, wonderful upstairs terrace and super high speed internet. I loved that it was far enough away that I felt like I was on a little personal retreat, but in 10 minutes walking I could be in town and there are a few stores, restaurants, cafes. 100% recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing jungle experience.

It's a comfortable, clean and functional place... excellent choice to stay

Sabine's house is very practical, cozy and lovingly furnished. We felt right at home. Sabine gave us good tips and was always there if we needed anything. We rented bikes, which makes sense to explore the island easier and move faster at the high temperatures. The house is not in the middle of the center, but still it can be a bit noisy in the evening, because of the proximity to the street. The place was also great for our 2 children, we had plenty of space and enjoyed our time on Holbox very much.

The house is very nice, the location is excellent, the only thing I would recommend is that they leave a full roll of paper, since they only left us a used and scarce paper in each bathroom, so that a person could go to the bathroom once or twice. We had to buy extra toilet paper, which did not cause me any problems, but for the price I paid I think it is the minimum that it should have. It is just an observation, the house is great

By far one of the best Airbnbs I've rented, we all loved it and the place is beautiful, much better than in the photos. Apart from that, the service is excellent, we were greeted with drinks and cold water to drink. They left us everything to be comfortable. Thanks to the host, who is a great person.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the private pool to cool down in after a day at the beach. Veronica was a lovely host. We would highly recommend staying at Terra Apartments!

We had an all-round beautiful stay and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures – modernly furnished and very clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the private pool on the roof – a real highlight! There, we were able to unwind wonderfully and let the day come to an end. The pool was also ideal for our small children (4 and 5 years old) - easily accessible, pleasant in depth and safe to use with supervision. They had a great time! The accommodation is in a quiet area about 15 minutes' walk from the center and also the communication with the host was consistently friendly and uncomplicated. A note for future guests: The accommodation is part of a small complex with a total of four houses. Our house was in the second row – unfortunately, this was not clear in the description. Nevertheless, it was a really very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend!

We stayed for a week in this accommodation for our honeymoon, and it was simply magical. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the place — the view is absolutely breathtaking, and even after a week, we never got tired of it. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and you feel at home right away. I planned our whole stay with the co-host Karina, who was amazing: she arranged our transfer and had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was perfect from start to finish — attentive, responsive, and truly caring. In short, I recommend this place 200%, with my eyes closed!

Absolutely wonderful! Would stay again. The hosts were very helpful and once we were at the property the staff were amazing. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you could need.

The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, the amenities are shared but spacious, Mia was very kind from the beginning, very accessible, she supported and guided us at all times. We went as a family, the children were safe and had fun. It's close to Punta Cocos, so we could enjoy the Bioluminescence, the beaches and the spectacular sunset. We'd definitely come back.

If you’re thinking of a trip to Holbox, do not hesitate to book Casa Acacia. We just recently spent a few days at this place, and it was - without a doubt - one of our best AirBnB experiences . First and foremost, the house is wonderful. The manager - Jony - explained to me that it was built by and owned by an architect, and it shows. The spaces are beautiful, both inside and outside, and very well appointed. It is spacious and it seems to float on the ocean which is just a stone’s throw away. We were only two, but the house would also work out well for a party of four with a lot of privacy for both couples. The house is set in a nice well cared for garden right on the beach. You have three terraces on different levels to watch the sea. The sunsets are incredible. And while the house feels very private, it is only a few blocks from downtown’s restaurants and shops. Finally, every last request was met by Jony. He was delightful to work with and we felt very well cared for.

Great place everything matches to the description it is a peaceful, I really recommend it, Sofia is a very nice person always proactive, people at the property very helpful and also friendly, you can’t go wrong.

we loved it!! place with a lot of privacy and quiet. the room was really clean and with exquisite decor. 10min from the center of holbox and 5min from some restaurants and cafes, and a small local market. holbox is great and this place, too :)

Overall a very pleasant experience: Close to the pier, themed room, easy access, everything you need to rest and enjoy your accommodation, as well as a host in constant communication. I would definitely stay again!!!

The accommodation is clean and cozy. two double beds for a family with 2 children. There is a water fountain available, coffee and a small trunk. a large TV and small space outside for children. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk from the center. But there are restaurants and what it takes to eat right next door. The wood-fired pizza at the restaurant the cabin is delicious. Fernanda is available and gave us lots of great tips thank you to her. I would stay here again without hesitating.
