Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. My only wish is that the bathroom had an extra light—it’s a bit dim at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach. Overall, a great stay!

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

Квартира очень просторная и удобная. Главный плюс, безусловно - это прекрасная территория. 3 минуты до пляжа и ресторана рядом с бассейном. Тихо, безопасно, красиво. Было очень комфортно Хозяин предупредительный, вежливый, чистота квартиры на пять с плюсом, ежедневная уборка. Расположена чуть дальше дананга, готовьтесь либо брать байк (без него никуда), либо ездить на такси. До района миан можно добраться за 15 минут по прекрасной прямой дороге, до хойана примерно так же. Вернулась бы с удовольствием

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

The staff that work there are lovey and really look after you. The apartment has everything you need and is really good value for money

It is my second month here at Casa Rosa and I continue to enjoy my stay here. This place offers everything I need. The room is clean and spacious, the beach is very close and I get swift and precise help from the staff whenever I have any questions or requests. I would definitely recommend this place. 5 stars.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The housekeeper was a great asset and was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was spacious and clean, but the view was a real bummer. We thought that we would have a view (being in the 4 floor), but we just had a wall 2 feet from our window. This lead us to constantly have the blinds shut, and thus living without natural light. I think that this could be a little more clear in the pictures of the apartment. You will be able to buy drinking water directly from the housekeeper which was great. Lots of great restaurants in the immediate area and only 2 minute walk to the beach. The location is the biggest draw. All in all, a great stay

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The location is great close to the city center but super quiet. The rooms are clean et good bed. we like the open kitchen and the 2 spaces for lunch/ diner Nice swimming pool. if you need extra service, you just need to ask and they will arrange for you

We’re a couple who stayed in the apartment for over 2 months and enjoyed every minute. It’s exactly as described, matches the photos, is spotless , comfortable, quiet and well equipped. It has 3 large balconies to sit and watch beautiful sunsets. Bed is comfortable, sheets and towels are great Washing machine was a welcome addition, as was the weekly cleaning and friendly, helpful doormen and staff. The location is fantastic, both for great restaurants and walking to the beach. Even though located on a busy street, it’s very quiet at night. Amazing Airbnb, definitely recommend and would love to return someday.

Good location, lots of breakfast/brunch places around. The apartment was clean and nice, looked just like the photos. The 24-hour gym was perfect, it had everything you need and was empty every time we went. It’s on a quiet street so not noisy at night, the bed is comfy but it does get a bit hot inside as the sun sets (there is AC and two fans in the apartment though). Would recommend overall.

30대 중반 남자 혼자 8박 10일 이용했습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리면 매우 만족스러운 숙소이며 다낭 재방문시 다시 이용할 예정입니다. 케빈은 몹시 친절합니다. 도움이 필요하면 언제든 도움을 줍니다. 한시장 도보로 10~12분 정도 소요되며 필요시 그랩 오토바이를 이용했습니다. 주변 도보 1분 거리에 Phở Ngọc 라는 식당이 있습니다. 꼭 가보시기 추전 드립니다. 단점을 말씀드리겠습니다. 1. 방음이 잘 되진 않습니다. 필요시 이어플러그 준비해주시면 좋을거 같습니다. 2.샤워기(+샤워기 필터) 챙겨가시는걸 추천합니다. 일주일 정도 지나니 샤워기 필터가 점점 진한 갈색으로 변해갑니다.. ㅎㅎ 개인적으로 매우 만족하여 추천하는 숙소입니다.😃

The place was a perfect location to the beach and they were super helpful with organising transport from the airport and that I was arriving earlier than check in :) would definitely recommend!

It was a great stay, definitely I’ll try to stay there when I comeback to Da Nang. Pictures and description of a place matched the reality. Also Thi was an amazing host, totally recommend his place.

Excellent value. We stayed here for approx 2 months over the course of our visit to Da Nang. Staff try their best to help if you have a problem & are so friendly. Pool is often super quiet (and it’s clean!) with a member of staff nearby in case there’s any issues. Highly recommend though it would be great if they updated the gym equipment as it’s very old and some doesn’t work at all. Thank you for a great stay!

Very nice, comfortable and clean room in a beautiful city. Very close to the Old Town with all its shops and restaurants, but no directly in the busy and noisy zone. Due to a kindergarten and your neighboorhood dogs still not without noice though :) Our host was really nice, we were allowed to put down our luggage before our check in. She always responded fast to messages and gave a recommandation for little festival/event that was there during our stay. Wifi , warm water and A/C worked, we could get drinking water in the kitchen. Its a lovely and homely place.

We loved our stay at Tam and Minh’s Homestay! They were such lovely hosts, and the room was perfect, exactly as described. Their service was also amazing, cleaning our room and replacing our towels every day. We also had breakfast made for us every morning which was so nice. They gave great local recommendations and helped us to book anything we wanted with discounts. Thankyou Tam and Minh! It was one of our favourite stays on our trip so far.

Der Checkin lief einwandfrei ab, Ánh hat rechtzeitig klare Anweisungen gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist schön hell und freundlich, es gibt einen vernüftigen Tisch, an dem man auch mit dem Laptop gut arbeiten kann. Die Fenster lassen sich öffnen und bei warmen Tagen hat man angenehmen Luftzug und braucht weder die Klimaanlage noch den Ventilator. Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, in einem belebten Gebiet, nur 10Min. zu Fuß zum Strand. In unmittelbarer Umgebung fanden Bauarbeiten statt (ab 7 Uhr). Da ich relativ früh aufstehe, war das kein großes Problem für mich. Die Kommunikation mit Ánh war äußerst freundlich. Ánh hat mir angeboten, die Wohnung zwischendurch reinigen zu lassen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lager mit großartigem Gastgeber zu einem fairen Preis!
