We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. For such central location is very quiet. And most of all - the architectural details are simply amazing. Highly recommend!

Return visitors to Casa Rio for another month’s stay in this still fabulous house. The house keeping is excellent, everything you need is in the house, with amenities, town and beach all within walking distance. The garden has developed under Huong’s knowledge of plants and attention to detail. Would love to stay again in the future. Many thanks😎

My sister and I stayed in the boat villa. It was in its own seperate little area so felt special and private. Full kitchen with ample drinking water regularly replaced. There is a little outside area off the bathroom with an outdoor shower. Veranda had a day bed and a round basket boat turned into another comfy day bed. We had our own seperate entry off the street and access to the shared pool was just steps away. Speaking of the pool, we rarely saw anyone else using it I think because the beach is so close so it wasn't an issue with it feeling crowded or anything. The surrounding gardens are lush and tropical. They really pride themselves on nature and have all natural products in the villa. Our host Quyen was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and she always responded to messages within minutes. Very good location within walking distance to everything. Very much recommended!

Leo is an amazing host and really enjoyed staying here! Location is great - so close to the beach and many great places to eat. Leo was extremely helpful with arranging transfers for our group and providing any info we needed regarding the areas attractions. We hope to come back as this area and location was a highlight of our experience in Viet Nam!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

I was able to check in a little early due to my schedule, and the location is near Danang Han Market, making it the best location for sightseeing in the city.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was so good. Towels and 4 bottles of water were provided daily (I personally didn't ask for cleaning service), and it was perfect for a swimmimg. The private beach was also so cool for our family to spend time. I was also provided with an airport drop-off service for 3 nights, so I was able to finish my trip comfortably. I was able to communicate with the host from time to time, so there was no discomfort. If I visit Da Nang again next time, I want to stay again!

Great apartment for the money. Has a laundry down stairs. Has a great pond which is deep for the fish to swim in. Could be more fish Very comfy bed and AC. Very strong wifi, I saw many digital nomads working there. Would recommend anyone to stay as the location is amazing, close to many Korean supermarket

We really enjoyed the little apartment with the balcony and beautiful pool. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, beautiful rice fields and a convenient scooter rental service (they bring it to you and take it back). The bed is more comfortable then ours at home. We liked the animal noises of the goats and chickens around. Nana always responded quickly for any kind of request. Highly recommend!

Brian is a great host as always. The room is clean. It is near the beach so we can walk to the beach in the morning. It is located in tourist area so you can easily find the shops or restaurants within minute walk. I will definetely come back again. Highly recommend to all guests.

We spent almost one month here and it was very nice. The hosts are extremely responsive, proactive and very friendly. Everything we asked they promptly provide. The location in front of the beach is great to enjoy the sea view, surf, run, or simply stay relaxing at the beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

The place was super decorated, especially clean and there were fresh towels every day. The pool was nice, but very busy at certain times, so it was also very noisy. If there was a problem, I got a response right away. To reach restaurants and attractions you need a grave. If that doesn't bother someone, the quiet accommodation is highly recommended!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

I loved my stay here. The apartment looked just like the photos and had all the amenities for a long stay (laundry detergent, shower products, etc). The hosts reached out to offer weekly cleaning and were always super responsive and friendly. Music from the beach can be a little loud in the evening but always stops by 11 or 11:30 (obviously not the host’s fault, just something to be aware of for any early birds). Rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would happily stay again!
