The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Relax in this special, energy self-sufficient accommodation. In the middle of nature - only 15 minutes from a wonderful small lake (Furtner Teich) Occasionally there is an ornithological breakfast... Hiking - is possible directly from the cottage! For example, the castle ruins of Steinschloss and the golf course are less than 1 km from the cottage... It is nice to explore the area by bike. The Grebenze ski resort can be reached in just 10 - 15 minutes by car!

Finally peace gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
