Pure nature, great landscape with many opportunities for movement with our companion on 4 paws. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Amazing stay ! Sad that it was only for one night for us and we would have liked to stay more. It is worth nothing that the apartment is on the 6th or 7th floor without an elevator which was a bit of struggle since I had senior members with me. No complaints ! It was an amazing stay

When we arrived we found the house clean and organized. The place is very well equipped, cozy and comfortable, you have a good view of the garden from all the windows. The hosts are kind, polite, helpful and always available. A short walk away, you have a good supermarket and public transportation. Highly recommended accommodation.

We loved our stay here. The apartment is really modern and clean. It is equipped with everything you may need. The location is brilliant and parking was easy. We definitely recommend staying here.

Sasanka and his wife are great hosts. The apartment is well furnished and lacks nothing. You feel right at home. The bed is very good. And there's nothing wrong with cleanliness either. If you consider the cheapest price, you just can't go wrong here.

Very nice apartment on the great Kaßberg. We felt right at home Everything important was there. And there were great tips for restaurants and activities. Highly recommended for a visit to Chemnitz.

Dear Max with family, Thank you for this great accommodation. We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is all lovingly and practical. And the garden is a dream. Very clean and wonderfully quiet. The bed is super comfy, we slept deep and firm. Parking on the property, which was pure luxury. Our next time is already booked.

We felt very comfortable in Philipp's apartment and slept wonderfully. It is beautifully decorated, there was everything we needed and it is very clean, bright and inviting-friendly with a view of a small park. In the residential area, we found everything we needed within short distances (supermarket, restaurants, garden restaurant, bus stop) and were quickly in the centre with the frequently running bus. Philipp always responded quickly to our questions, check-in was straightforward. We were surprised how green Chemnitz is, we liked it there very much and we would love to stay with Philipp again on a next stay.

Everything was super clean and very nicely decorated. You could tell it was designed with a lot of love. Just the drinks and snacks that were prepared at the table, a super great surprise. There was also a parking space in front of the door. The communication with Nicole was fantastic and we were also very grateful for her tips. So I give 11 out of 10 possible points and recommend this accommodation to everyone, it doesn't get any better in our eyes. The only thing is, you have to walk to the 2nd floor, so it is not suitable for people with disabilities, but that is clearly communicated.

We felt comfortable from the beginning - the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Very modern, stylish and the tropical touch reflects the name. A highlight is of course the bathtub with a hot tub function. Our stay was completely successful.

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very quiet and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend them very highly.

The positive surprises started right away with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house without extra charge or anything like that, simply because it was free. Pierre is extremely courteous and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely furnished, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are drawn to the area again, we will gladly return to Pierre! Simply recommended!

Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!
