Lake Tyrol is 800 m away and can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes. Multiple excursion possibilities to Kocher and Jagst by car, on foot or by bike.

Living in nature and with nature. Our apartment under the roof is more than 90 square meters, is bright, friendly & equipped to a high standard. We live on the lower floor. The view through the huge windows of the lake and the forest is particularly special. We are well equipped for families and look forward to children (ask us directly for the child discount). Compatible dogs are also welcome! Our hobbies are mountain biking and horseback riding - on request we can take you with us!

The fully equipped apartment is newly designed and furnished with attention to detail. In the pine room with pine bed, you can sleep particularly well and relax. Be a guest in our newly furnished apartment, where you can relax perfectly due to the quiet location. Or you can spend the day at Lake Erlabunn, which is perfectly within walking distance (950 meters) and return in the evening to one of the numerous hedgerow inns in the village. With the bus stop, which is just across the property, you can easily arrange a city day in Würzburg or Karlstadt. Shopping facilities are about 3 minutes away by car.

No smoking inside the apartment, but the garden can be shared.

We extensively renovated our apartment (and the entire building) in 2017. It is located on the first floor and has a size of about 55 square meters. The terrace is south facing, sunny almost all day and has direct lake views. We have furnished the living room and bathroom in a modern style. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics (built-in kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, etc.).
