The view of the fantastic landscape of the Thuringian forests makes every day of your vacation something special. What also distinguishes our house is our TOP location in the immediate vicinity of the Elster Pearl Trail, for hiking, mountain biking and paddling.

Vergiss deine Sorgen in dieser geräumigen, gemütlich eingerichteten Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Wald und Wiesen. Neben der komplett eingerichteten Küche gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Wanne, Waschmaschine und Gefriertruhe, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Klavier, einen Fernseher mit Blueray und eine Bücherecke. Desweiteren gibt es ein Arbeitszimmer (PC) mit kleinem Yogabereich und ein Wäschezimmer. Insgesamt finden 6 Menschen einen kuscheligen Schlafplatz. Es ist absolut ruhig und man kann sich gut erholen.

Grill und Fahrräder gibt es auf Anfrage. Spiele für drinnen und draußen sind vorhanden. Parkplätze befinden sich vor der Tür. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Aktivitäten, wie Kletterpark, Talsperre, Bowlingbahn, Escape Room, … . Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten und unkomplizierten Urlaub genießen zu können.

Late Gothic house from 1519

Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Around the lake, you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all their shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

The Shack in the Forest

Welcome to our retreat in the woods. Our small forest cabin is located on a fenced woodland property and awaits nature-loving guests. We use filtered rainwater and electricity from a small solar panel system, following the motto of returning to the source for pure nature and tranquility. Sometimes less is more. Dogs get their money's worth. The approximately 1000m² forest is fenced in with a 160cm high fence and the dogs can run freely

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Shopping, doctors, train station and bus are a 5-minute walk. The apartment is spacious and equipped with the most important things. A great place to feel good for short and long-term trips. There are 2 bedrooms. A double bed which is 160 cm wide and one that can also be extended to 160 cm. A maximum of 4 people can be accommodated here.
