Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is granted at any time via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for paddle boarding. Opposite is also the indoor game world at the Wangerland holiday village. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen gemütlichen Innenhof. Zwei PKW-Einstellplätze befinden sich direkt vor der Tür. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Kneipen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Nordseeküste sind es etwa 12 Km, perfekt um Friesland, Ostfriesland und die Inseln zu erkunden. Zwei E-Bikes können nach Absprache angemietet werden.
