In 2013, the 3 quietly located apartments and in 2018 a basement apartment in the Rosenhof were opened and can accommodate up to 15 people. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.

Our lovingly furnished vacation home has a size of about 100 square meters and has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful large garden. Above the rooftops of Erfurt, it can accommodate up to 6 people in an inner-city, natural, child-friendly environment with rural-quiet charm and lots of views! The house can be reached from the entrance on foot via a series of stairs through the terraced garden. The property and the house are not barrier-free!

Die Exklusive Ausstattung mit hochwertigen Materialien und der freie Blick auf die drei Gleichen ist einzigartig.Ihr könnt von hier aus zum Waldhaus laufen in 15 Minuten. Dort fährt ein Bus bis nach Erfurt. Fahrrad/Wandertouren sind vor Ort möglich. Ab Januar 26 wird es eine Fasssauna für bis zu 6 Personen geben.

The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

The house is modern and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more for the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

The modernly furnished holiday home has two bedrooms, a living room with dining area and flat-screen TV, a kitchen, large bathroom with tub and separate shower. The bedrooms have double beds. Another person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Of course, the building has fast Internet access (W-LAN). Pets available for an additional charge. (Special rates apply on public holidays). In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis.
