The building complex consists of a sleeping/living house and a house in which the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with warm water are located. Enjoy the moments in the sauna, by the pond, by the campfire, in the hammock or in the flower garden.

Peene Hus: Our new project in Klein Köthel is now completely renovated. The cottage is situated on a large meadow very close to the Köthel stream, also called the small Peene. The old barn of the kate has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. The open-concept kitchen is integrated into the living area. In the living room there is a large table, a cosy sofa next to the fireplace and direct access to the terrace and the garden.

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
