The rehab clinics can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the castle park ( 2 min.) In the village you will find restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, as well as a pedal boat rental. The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the bathtub or with a sauna session. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Time out on the Mittelland Canal

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.

The apartment is in a central location. The A2 and A14 are in the immediate vicinity. The property is suitable for workers, weekend tourists and travelers. The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds each), 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious kitchen. This can be used as a common room as there is no living room.

Our small cozy guest apartment is located in Barleben - Ebendorf district not far from the A2 highway and yet quietly in the old town center on a three-sided farm typical of the region. The apartment has a living room with a small kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. A travel bed for toddlers can optionally be added.
