Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the location, the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).

I rent out a small cottage in Smaland (36495 Älghult). It is only a few hundred meters from the lake where there is a beautiful, child-friendly swimming area. Fishing is also possible in this and other nearby lakes. There is only one other house across the street, but it is only inhabited in summer. The house is about 50 m² and sleeps 4 people (2 double beds). It is lovingly decorated, we live in it ourselves!

"Simonshuset" är från ett klassiskt rött småländskt hus från 1700-talet. Detta är vårt drömhus, med många bevarade detaljer från historian och smakfullt inrett för att bevara den äldre charmen. Vi bor själva i huset under ett antal veckor varje år, och älskar lugnet vi får på landet. Stor gräsmatta och utemöbler. Det finns även en weber kolgrill. Ni har gångavstånd till bad och fiskesjö. Ett riktigt drömboende.

Hugo's little red - like a dream

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. In the middle of the Småland forests with proximity to nature, fishing and lovely swimming is our little gem. A peaceful holiday destination in the middle of the glass kingdom. About 45 minutes from the coastal city of Kalmar and about 1-1.5 hours (90 km) to Astrid Lindgren's World.
